What can I say but amazing place, beautiful views, helpful people, lovely food, great service. There is not one complaint I could make, really enjoyed my week here only regret is I couldn’t stay longer. I fully recommend to give this place a try

This was just what we needed, to relax and enjoy doing nothing! The hotel is very peaceful, away from the hustle of the ***** but in easy reach of the front and restaurants on the harbour. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was clean with a fridge, a kettle, safe, very good wardrobe space and excellent shower. The breakfast is superb with a wide range of choice, hot and cold. The pool is very clean and warm and the pool bar serves good food, particularly paella on Sunday freshly cooked before you 😋. Really enjoyed this holiday and we will be back.

Todo bien, las instalaciones, aunque no las utilice mucho, pero la piscina está adaptada para entrar por una rampa con barandilla, el minigolf.... La persona de la recepción de por la mañana (siento no saber su nombre), muy dispuesta y me ayudó en todo lo que la pregunté.

This was an exellant hotel, it was quite and the pool was amazing. The staff at reception were really great they couldnt do enough to help us. The food at breakfast was really good and the chefs at the pool area was really good. The hotel had really good rooms it was really clean, apart from there was no british tv. All in all it was a quite hotel, even though it was busy the pool was amazing. All in all a very good hotel and I will be back.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist nothing was too much bother. Apartments felt very private and quit and where lovely and clean. Brilliant pressure on the shower. Had lovely peaceful sleep every night. Enjoyed the omelette for breakfast did not like the sausage and bacon but everything else was good. Dining room was very relaxing. A fair walk to the beach but we enjoy walking but would not be as easy if less mobile. Taxi back from town less than £5. We enjoyed our stay in Casa Heddy and would stay again

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Casas Heddy. L’hôtel est calme et très bien entretenu, le personnel est très accueillant et la piscine est extra. Mention spéciale pour Mickael, coach sportif toujours à l’écoute et très sympathique.

The hotel was in a peaceful location with a bit of a walk to the harbor. The food in the snack bar was very good. Breakfast was plentiful. Clean quiet and friendly. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place for you. Staff are friendly and helpful

Had a lovely stay over Christmas at Casas Heddy. The buffet breakfast and evening meal was perfect, plenty of choice for all tastes. The swimming pool was perfect and the grounds lovely and peaceful. We had read the posts about the walk into the Old Town and it was actually easier and quicker than we were expecting. I think some rooms were better than others. We had a 2nd floor room with lovely terrace whereas my in-laws had a ground floor room with less "outside" space and not such a modern or spacious bathroom. We also thought teas and coffees should be replenished when the rooms were cleaned. However the staff were great and it was a very chilled holiday which is what we were after. Would definitely stay again.

Probably one of the best for price/quality here in Lanzarote. Breakfast well assorted and dinner very well served. Unfortunately I didn't tried the swimming pool or the other services because it didn't rain: that's the only way to keep me in the hotel 😂
