7 night stay . Visit mid-September. The hotel is clean and the room got cleaned every day . Fresh towels changed daily . Food is OK but is often cold . It seems they can't replenish quickly enough. There is plenty of choice though , mini bar in room , not to be mistaken for a fridge , so this won't keep drinks cold. There is no kettle in the room , but there are plenty of coffees and teas available from machines throughout the day . It's self-service for soft drinks and bear in the day which is good so you don't have to que , unless you want cocktails . We don't drink, so I can't comment on the alcohol. Tourist tax for one week was 43 euro for 2 of us . The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area . Just a few shops if you come out of the hotel and some restaurants and a pharmacy . Or a supermarket which is to the left . We didn't go on any trips but there is a free shuttle that goes into palma Tuesday and Thursday from around 10 until 3ish . This isn't a lively place, but that's exactly what we wanted . So if your looking for more to do then I wouldn't stay here . We wanted a chilled holiday and thats ehat we got . Overall it did what it said on the tin . For what we paid it was worth it . But we wouldn't come again only because we like going to different places . Staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything just ask .

Just returned from a fabulous short break the whole holiday was seamless. Hotel is located close to the airport 25 euros if you jump in a taxi. Buffet had lots of choices great salad bar and fresh pizzas cooked every evening along with a hot plate cooking station. Pools were great especially the splash pad and water slides for our 3 year old. Lots of sun loungers around both pools. Hotel isn't huge so everything is close by. Staff were very friendly and everywhere was kept very clean. Definitely recommend the hotel a great stay.

Staying here as I write this couldn't fault a thing staff food amazing rooms beautiful, beds very comfy will be back very relaxing, brought my 81 year old mother here she,s loving it ,her mobility not great, are room is beside lift so its been great for her

The hotel is spotless The staff are all lovely work very hard The Rooms are very nice good size cleaned daily . But unfortunately that’s all the good points The food isn’t very good most of the time is was cold,seen people microwaving it most nights to warm it up. The soft drinks were fine but the beer was totally flat. The location It’s miles from Anywhere They did put buses on for the customers free of charge Unfortunately would not visited again this hotel is catered for the French quest’s and seem to have private activities in the day with the hotel entertainment staff I will think twice now booking with jet 2 in the future as we should be told before booking

From the moment we arrived all we were saying was wow! Absolutely stunning most clean hotel, reception staff polite and we brought them chocolates to say thankyou, The cleaners do a fantastic job, as well as restaurant and bar staff, the entertainment was fantastic and what made my holiday was soul le femme! Wow! 3 amazing ladies, the drinks that’s on the all inclusive is brilliant they even have baileys and Malibu! Our room had the best view and balcony was massive, they put on free bus to palma and s’arneal which was a nice touch, I recommend the Indian in s’arneal! We will be back thankyou so much for a pleasant stay!
