Duracell and the activity staff were outstanding, making my experience incredibly enjoyable. Duracell ensures you'll have a fantastic time at the resort. Bartender Alfredo crafts some of the best drinks, and Victory, our waiter, took excellent care of us.

la cama es increíble, el staff súper amoroso (algunos demasiado), mención honorífica al stuff de entretenimiento!!! me sentí súper parte, súper incluida en todo momento, y si bien lo hice, no me fue necesario conocer otros clientes para pasar un buen rato y tener con quien charlar, los quiero mucho muchachos sigan así 🫶🏼🫶🏼 sopita es el tipo más gracioso q conocí en mi vida, duracell a parte de ser buen árbitro es excelente bailarín y a tiene excelente charla, y belende se ganó mi corazón creo q nunca había charlado con un tipo tan amable y divertido, de verdad eh, que buen team. fuera de eso la comida riquísima, mis aplausos y felcitaciones al chef samuel por coronar con el mejor brownie con dulce de leche que probé en mi vida (tanto el normal como el gluten free) y mil cariños a luisa, que todo el tiempo se preocupó por nuestras peticiones y bienestar a la hora de la cena. la atención en general es más que personal, me sentí súper cómoda, antolin se preocupó por que ni me levantara de la mesa en desayuno, almuerzo y cena, excelente servicio de parte de todos. mi única queja es que el agua de la piscina está muy caliente teniendo en cuenta el clima, i mean me meto y más q refrescarme me siento en las termas pero fuera de ese pequeño detalle el hotel es increíble.

This is our second stay at Ancora. Our first trip was in March of 2022, then we came back again in March 2023. Because my husband and I have a busy day to day schedule, this is our place to relax. It's quiet and peaceful, but has activities available if you want to do more than sit around the pool. For us, as a couple in our late 50's . . . this is our happy place.

All of the staff continually accommodated each preference of our group of 9; especially with seeking out creative meal options. THANKS TONY! As a vegetarian, this was significant for me. We visited end of June 2022 and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of the people and the weather. My suite was immaculate and spacious. My favorite was the multiple pools on the property, the nearby beach and the 12ft balcony attached to my suite. I plan to visit again soon.

Excelente lugar para compartir con la familia . Muy buena comida y empleados simpaticos. Los empleados del área de la piscina y encargados del entretenimiento son muy atentos y nos divertimos muchos con ellos . Buen ambiente para venir con la familia .

Quiero agradecer al personal del resort Sports Ilustrated x el excelente recibimiento , en especial al personal d trabajadores q tienen por excelencia como los bartender al igual q los meseros por su excelente atenciones con nosotros en especial a Sopita y compañeros q son excelente motivadores, Damaris La bartender excelente ser humilde,Antolin muy simpatico y atento,tdas las Maria q conocí, Luisa,La Chama realmente a tdos por sus gran servicios fue una experiencia inolvidable desde q llegamos a recepción hasta nuestro último día no carecimos d nada la comida ,el restaurante, la bebida nunca falto la pasamos super más el conocer tantas personas tan agradables. Gxs a tds mil bendiciones y d tener otra oportunidad créeme q volvería x su excelente ambiente,atenciones, muy responsables y super en las limpiezas y facilidades. Gracias 🙂

Estuve hospedado en este hotel y la atención me pareció increíble, la animación de parte de Sopita fue entretenida y dinámica, todo el staff y el personal siempre muy amable y dispuesto a complacer tus necesidades con una sonrisa. El hotel es muy bello, grande y la comida de muy buena calidad.

Hotel tranquilo y familiar. Sencillo si no esperas mucho que hacer. La comida es aceptable y las vistas son bonitas. El servicio es aceptable. Sopita es uno de los servidores y fue muy atento y agradable. Félix es un bantender del lugar que prepara los mejores tragos. Excelente servicio Máquina de guerra es una gran animadora Geral del restaurante ofreció un buen servicio.
