The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to beach and the hotel offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

1-rooms were nice(4) 2-staff was well mannered and cooperative(4) 3-food was average in taste and they also prepare the non-vegetarian food in the same kitchen and there was a strange odour of seafood in the salad provably they are keeping the seafood and vegetables in same refrigerator(2) security(3)

Property was in great location and services were great as well as room was clean and well maintained

Awesome place. Nice stay. Food quality is best. Dedicated customer service. Medicine stores, travel tour agency, auto stand/taxi stand are available near by.

Stayed there for one night with my family. Very happy with the service provided to us. Rooms are spacious enough. Check out time should have been around 9am instead of 8am

Everything was good, nice spacious room, beautiful location. Only the problem i faced that there was issue with wi-fi connectivity

If u are looking for budget friendly hotel and don’t have expectation about room then it is good option ….breakfast food quality were delicious not too spicy and oily…like home cooked food…bathroom was clean…...but need attention towards room conditions and bedsheets….

It was an excellent stay at hotel puri waves. The amenities and the services provided by the staff were really appreciating and nice. The staff were well behaved and provided prompt service. The restaurant ambience and food quality was awesome. Special mention to the chef for providing yummy and delicious food all the time. I would prefer to stay in the same hotel next time and would definitely recommend it to others too. It's conveniently located. Lastly, just one small recommendation that is to enhance the toiletries accessories provided. Overall, the hospitality of the hotel was very nice. Keep up the excellent work.
