攜寵可以避雷了
帶狗的話大家別去了嗷-
之前五月底入住過阿朵花嶼的寵物友好是真的做的還不錯，入住體驗很不錯。入住有寵物禮包有玩具和小禮物，接駁車隨處接送，藏駿房型的都可以攜寵華住會金卡免寵物清潔費，管家服務也很貼心！體驗感很好！所以十一帶着家裡狗子想再去休閑幾天，花間堂9月份換了經營的代理公司，衹能定他們套房房型，沒有寵物禮包就算了，早餐券少給一天的要去拿的話要走好久懶得去拿了，入住需要人自己從停車場走十分鐘到客房中心辦理入住（之前都是接駁車來接），浴缸沒有一次性浴缸套，退房以接駁車沒空為由如果需要坐的話要等十幾分鐘不等，讓我們自行前往客房中心，大包小包還帶着🐶曬着走了十來分鐘！！！到了客房中心門口我明明看着兩輛車都是空在那邊！！！那瞬間真的有點惱火！真的不如去金沙灘希爾頓！！！！如果換了公司就代表服務降級的話你們就不要延續前公司的宣傳自己重開好吧？

庭院房寵物友好，節假日442這個價格對得起，對於江蘇來説，是從未見過的便宜價。
從日照過來趕路，12點到，到了説沒有電瓶車入園了，送你也衹能步行送，所以選擇12點讓客人自己找樓棟。
這麼大組團，怎麼找？園區燈全滅。
打熱線派車接，熱線很明顯值得沒車，讓我等，但是10分鐘後還是沒有人，連續打到第三個電話非要我發火，才主動選擇給值班經理打電話，才有值班人過來接我們。全程黑燈瞎火。
去了樓棟找不到房間，三個人一起找找不到房間，房間標識就我那個房間沒有左右方向。
但是！房間，庭院很宜寵。

我於10.3日入住貴酒店，住宿體驗可以説是很糟糕
進入房間後，床單皺皺巴巴不説，上面還有臟污，一瞬間破壞了我的心情。聯繫保潔人員後，得到的竟是“臟的洗不掉”這樣的回覆。在我強烈要求更換床單時，保潔人員態度敷衍，極不耐煩地説有空就換，可直到晚上，依然沒有任何動靜。
這種對客人需求的漠視，充分體現了酒店服務人員極差的服務態度。
房間裏其他用品也不咋地，尤其那個吹風機，吹風口都燒化了.

停車場電梯捨不得開，拎着巨大行李箱，抱着一歲多小孩庫庫爬樓梯，備註房間要一樓，説是一樓沒有，又接着庫庫爬樓梯，房間離總服務枱遠，擺渡車路上遇到表演節目的給我們放路上，又是拿着大箱子抱着孩子的庫庫走，體驗感很差，已經沒心情了，景區景色可以，半個小時全逛完，離市區超遠
