I didn't take photos of the hotel. I was not very happy when I checked in. The window of the room I was given when I first arrived at the hotel was so small that I couldn't stand it! The front desk guy seemed unwilling to coordinate. Finally, another guy with glasses had a very good attitude and changed the room!
Speaking of the matter, the location of the hotel is really good. It is right next to the D entrance of Qingdao Station and diagonally opposite the Public Security Bureau, so it is convenient to go anywhere. This is an advantage! The disadvantage is that the room is really small, and the decoration is also in the style of the previous generation of Hanting. Fortunately, there is no problem with hygiene and it is clean! Another thing that I don't understand is that the standard room only comes with one breakfast voucher, and the other person needs to buy it. Although the money is not much, I always feel full of routines! If it is a big bed, you say that it is easy to understand if you match one. Obviously, the standard room has two beds for two people to stay, but one is provided. Really, I don't know what the meaning of doing this is! ?
Overall, I am quite satisfied and the hygiene is also recognized! In addition, it should be pointed out that the staff of the breakfast restaurant chat casually, which should be corrected. During the entire dining process, from beginning to end, from the children's schooling to employment, they were chatting all the time. The key is that it has been like this for two consecutive days. I don't agree with this management model!

The decoration style is simple and chic. It is also equipped with Xiaodu smart home, voice-controlled air conditioning, TV, and light switches. The hotel also has a laundry room where you can wash your own clothes every day. My children and I were very satisfied with our 4-day stay and will choose to stay there next time.

The location was very convenient, literally walking-distance to subway or bus stations. It's also close to the church and there are lots of food stores nearby.
The check-in process for foreigners are easy and simple.
The price is very affordable (we've stayed here for 4D3N for 720rmb, includes breakfast for 3 days and a coffee voucher can be taken at the reception desk).
The room was small, but it's enough since we weren't staying at the hotel all day. The amenities are complete as listed on Trip.com . The minibars are free as well (including the ones on the fridge).

I stayed in my room only to sleep, the structure is pretty clean and the position is super convenient, but the window would not close properly and the hotel does not look super good from the outside. The interiors were not gorgeous for sure, but acceptable.
The reception service was good and the receptionists were friendly.
In general it was a good choice for a solo traveler considering price and position, but I wouldn't recommend it for any long stays (more than 2-3 nights) as the room is pretty small and the space may not be enough to organize your things around.

The family came to the seaside homestay to relax on weekends and chose this treasure homestay.
I pulled the housekeeper group before I checked in. As long as you have questions in the group, you will get answers quickly, including the weather of the day, the time and direction of sunrise and sunset, and it is already very warm before you arrive.
When we arrived, the lady kindly and gentle helped us check in, audio, books, automatic curtains, fitness equipment, aromatherapy, the sea and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, the small table and pillows on the bay window, the bathtub by the window, and the curtains were opened. The blue sea and blue sky couldn't be more pleasant.
The homestay also has its own coffee shop and restaurant. If you have a taste that you don’t want to eat, you can adjust the food according to your taste as long as you say something in the group, which is very considerate.

LLulugOverall the hotel experience was pleasant enough. Had some difficulties finding the hotel at first. The hotel is very conveniently located with walking proximity to the airport. Rooms were spacious and beds and pillows were comfortable. Major grip was there was NO FRIDGE in the hotel rooms! Considering how hot it was in Qingdao this time of year, this was definitely an inconvenience. The pool was under renovation, so couldn't use it.

First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay.
During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable.
While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety.
In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal.
However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use.
In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

MMorris CaiFacilities: This should be an older hotel. If the training location was not here, I probably would not choose to stay here. After all, besides being cheaper, it is also closer to the beach. I really can't think of any advantages of staying here. Because I booked a room for four consecutive nights and the occupancy rate was not high, the front desk upgraded me to a suite when I checked in. But how could I sleep in two beds? The space utilization was a bit of a waste. Another thing I want to complain about in the bathroom is that the amount of water for showering is too small. Also, I don't know who designed the washbasin and the faucet on the washbasin. The height of the washbasin is so low that a normal person of 1.7 meters has to bend over to wash. Also, such a small washbasin is equipped with such a large faucet. I would bump into it from time to time when washing my face. I was speechless.
Hygiene: In terms of hygiene, the efficiency of cleaning the room is quite high, but the second day they didn't help to change the sheets and quilts. In order to promote environmental protection, most hotels will put a sign on the bedside table, if you don't need to change, you don't have to change, but this hotel didn't see this thing, but it can't be assumed that the guests don't change. After all, they stayed for four consecutive nights. Did they not pay for the next few nights except the first night? In the end, I called the front desk to remind the aunt who cleaned the room.
Service: Don't mention the service. From Wednesday to Sunday check-out, I didn't feel any service at all. From the front desk reception to other service staff, everyone had a stern face and didn't take the initiative to greet the guests. It was indeed a lot worse than the service staff training of five-star hotels.
Finally, I want to complain about breakfast. There are not many dishes, and there is no local Qingdao characteristics. Even the drinks are only hot milk. Anyway, I have never drunk it. The rest of the juice is charged separately. I am drunk. At least all the hotels such as All Seasons, Hilton Garden Inn, and Orange Crystal have many kinds of drinks and don't charge.

The front desk of the hotel said that there was a free coffee gift on the first night, and a glass of ice latte was really delicious! ! I asked the front desk to know that this was prepared by the hotel owner. The boss himself is also a coffee hobby. He uses the good beans that the boss drinks by himself. Like me like coffee to live must taste, better than star dad.
