服務很好，環境也很nice。就在海邊，下樓就能到。房間陽台也能躺着看海。特別適合帶孩子，玩水挖沙孩子玩得不亦樂乎。邊上也有肯德基必勝客，吃飯也很方便。

房間很漂亮，海洋藍色色系，房間裏能直接看到海。早餐也還可以，就是室內泳池小童游泳池太小了。離沙灘近，吃飯方便。酒店送了二桶水槍，服務很好。

住了二十幾年五星酒店，從沒住過這麼差的，沒給過差評，秦皇島這家萬豪是第一個，簡直愧對萬豪這個名字。首先一個五星酒店，廁所反味，每天各種尿騷味，屎臭味，其次這個陽台根本毫無作用，要找一個刁鑽的角度才能看到海，再有，酒店的吹風機也是這輩子沒用過這麼差的，吹1分鐘熱風，立刻就過熱停機，真的，聞所未聞活久見，真的不配五星酒店，衞生打掃的也很潦草，床上沒有一天有過床旗，沙發靠墊一股發黴的味道，前台服務也很差，奉勸來秦皇島的朋友們避雷，千萬不要選這家，可怕，訂房一定要謹慎。

本來不積分我衹是有點不爽，看完酒店對我上一條評論回覆直接血壓高。這就是這家萬豪工作人員的態度，句句回覆，句句懟，沒有任何反思。
1。 積分我不要了，無所為。
2。入住時候小哥態度蠻好好評，中餐廳稍慢但能理解。
3。自助晚餐，沒有白米飯，我問了一句，服務員時態度蠻好的説給我去熱一碗。 我説不用了。
我為什麼問有沒有白米飯？因為我以為自己根本沒找到主食區，問完我明白了，根本沒有主食區。 這酒店的晚餐自助主食衹有醬油炒米飯和現煮的粉兒。
所以你覺得我説這個是因為服務員態度不好嗎？
服務員積極迴應了你們酒店就沒問題了嗎？
我請問誰家吃飯天天吃醬油炒飯的？
住秦皇島萬豪的客人是不配晚上吃上白米飯嗎？
不反思一下自己的菜單嗎？
我到現在無法理解，一個五星酒店的自助主食沒有白米飯。
4。離店時間，我其實沒有任何事，本來就是可以12點離店的。 問晚退房無非就是不想自己太緊張。
況且，你們酒店入住下午三點以後， 離店要求中午十二點。不覺得自己整理客房的效率低下嗎？ 什麼客房三個小時打掃不完？
入住三點以後，離店12點 之前，花800塊錢衹能呆18個小時嗎？這符合酒店行業的行規嗎？
更何況，我入住那天是6點以後入住的，住了三天離店給我到一點好像你們施捨了一樣？佔了你們多大便宜一樣？
