The room is spacious and clean. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and answers all questions. The recommended mud pot tastes great. The recommended breakfast the next morning also tastes great. I will continue to choose Jinjiang Inn next time!

Considering that the one booked online may not be the same suite as the one given by the boss, I specifically explained it to the boss and placed the order after getting the guarantee. The boss drove over and went through the formalities. Compared with other cities where people go through the formalities without meeting, Qinhuangdao's police check-in system is a little behind. The community is larger, the facade is a bit older, but the interior is very clean. It can be seen that the boss pays attention to details. When we first entered the door, we smelled cooking fumes from the kitchen. The boss was sincere and willing to change rooms or check out. We saw that the room was quite clean and we didn't change rooms. We opened the windows for ventilation, which improved a lot. The stay was comfortable, with a washing machine, kitchenware, and a double-door refrigerator. There was a seafood market 300 meters away. Unfortunately, we ate at Liuzhuang Night Market and did not enjoy these conveniences. There are many parking spaces in the community, parking is free, and it is not far from Pigeon Nest Park, which is great!

First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product.
Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun.
Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes.
Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car.
Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.

GGuest UserThe room was comfortable and the provided hair and skin products were great. However there are no English channels to choose from and the bar at the top was under construction although we did not see any notices saying that it was closed. The main issue we have with this hotel is that they would not hold our luggage for more than 2 hours and we had to pay to have late checkout... which was a prorated price of the room. The hotel was empty and our train was not until the evening. The lobby is small and multiple times other guests would be sleeping on the couches. And the convenience store is locked and you have to scan using WeChat and enter in personal information to buy anything. And then you have to use the system to unlock the door so that you can get out... I stayed at this hotel last year and really liked it. But I plan to stay across the street from now on because the hotel service here was so poor and it seemed like they had never had foreign guest (they couldn't read the passport information or Chinese visa for whatever form they needed to complete). The hotel was much better last year.

GGuest UserI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

NNooshinIt was my husband birthday and booked Shangri-la, It was very clean and have a stunning view. The room has a nice smell. The reception was very cheerful, and they all could speak English. I requested a birthday theme for my husband's birthday and they designed the room with some towel, also send a free cake and red wine. ( I have to mention, Thank you dears)
The breakfast was very delicious. We also tried the Buffet dinner one night, it was very delicious with both choices Chinese and Western.
The swimming pool was clean.

VVadimCuveeWe stayed for a day. It is located far from the city, which is why it lowered the rating, although on the other hand the hotel has perhaps the best access to the sea in the area. Your own water park and swimming pool. The hotel complex includes several buildings. In the central one, as I understand it, banquets are held. There is a concert hall. Large restaurant building. We were accommodated in the 6th room and it looked like we were alone, so the soundproofing is difficult to assess. The room is big. Bathrobes, iron, refrigerator, smart toilet: everything is like in the four. The head waiter even opens the doors just like in the fives. The breakfast is really good, even natural coffee. The only thing was that there were no forks, my wife was experimenting with the shelves. Buses do not go here, there are no problems with taxis. I recommend.

Wonderful infinity pool in 11th floor on the roof. But unfortunately only open from 18:00-21:00. Would be better to open it Fortbewegung whole day.
The bar, connected to the infinity pool is amazing. Thanks to Danny, our great Bar manager and tender!!!! We have had really a lot of fun with you.
The rooms are spacy and modern.
For foreigners it would be better to have more information and e.g. menue list in English.

Cleanliness: Stayed for one more night and cleaned in time.
Environment: The parent-child sea view is fixed, you can see the sea when you open the window (as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2), which is really great. If it is sunny, you can see the sunrise from the room (unfortunately we encountered cloudy)
Service: Attentive service, help to call a courtesy car to pick you up at the door.
Three travel photos are given away: It was very hot and dry when I took the photos. I thought I was fooling around and took a few photos, but I didn’t expect the film to be quite good! The photographer really knows how to pose for a lot of photos. And the photo retouching is amazing, the blue sky and white clouds are taken in a cloudy day😂 The effect is good, but there is a charge for photo retouching, but it’s not bad so I bought it~

GGuest UserThe outdoor environment is very good. It is satisfying to maintain the lawn by the beach to this extent. You can fly kites and camp. There is also a very quiet forest, which is suitable for cycling and walking. There are indeed some shortcomings, which are concentrated in the following points:
1. Our room is on the first floor. It was still cold during the May Day holiday. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner.
2. The free mineral water in the room is ice dew, and the bottle is extremely soft, which is inconsistent with the star rating and room price.
3. The parent-child self-service hot pot has good ingredients, but the waiter is very inefficient. Beef slices and mutton slices cannot be taken by yourself, and can only be ordered by the waiter. GGuest UserI woke up in the morning and wanted to take a shower. I left the water for more than 20 minutes and there was no hot water. I asked the front desk. The front desk said that the water would come out of the hot water. The water was not hot all the time. I wanted to wash my hair after washing my body. The water was cold again. I waited for half an hour. I washed my hair in cold. Alas, it took more than an hour to take a cold shower in winter.
