The room rate does not include breakfast. I go to the restaurant on Monday to Friday to order food. I order it now and eat how much I eat. There is a super rich buffet on the weekend for two days. I have an appointment with customers to eat together on Sunday. Everyone is very satisfied with the food.

I went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later. Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small). When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge. There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Unfortunately, my disappointment began when a 6-month reservation ends with a room with some noise, because it was on the first floor to the side of the lift/lift. But it doesn't end there, the room has many connections/supplies, something that you are thankful for today. The hotel is really very comfortable, the hostel area is very comfortable and the garden is beautiful as to spend a good time in the family and rest. The breakfast buffet was not so good but it was the only thing, everything else is very good, the staff is very friendly and would certainly host again there.

I stayed at Hacienda Jurica for a quinceanera week with families from Queretaro State and friends from the United States. I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel and spa was very well staffed with consummate professionals always available to provide service and assistance. Always kind, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant from the delightful breakfast buffet, with special offerings on the weekend, to evening meals. The bar was a relaxing spot for a cocktail. And the swimming pool was a pleasure. There are a variety of other activities to enjoy that we just did not have the time to enjoy. The room was clean, modern and quite restful. We did not experience any issues but were confident if we did the professional staff would have been readily prepared to address any needs. The city is readily accessible by taxi or uber, with kind assistance from the front doormen, and we enjoyed several walks to the modern shopping center and just down the street to a small convenience store, though the Hacienda does offer a small store for necessities. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the service. Wonderful place.

The geographical environment of the hotel is good, the decoration is fresh and atmospheric, and you can enjoy the city scenery from the room. Victoria Plaza downstairs is very convenient for dining and shopping. Hotel breakfast is average, it is recommended to solve outside

Quiet hotel, easy access with public transportation, safe, very nice modern and clean. A very large pool and it is heated pool, so you can swim a lot. A very good restaurant. I receive complementary welcome drink. Professionnal staff. A recommandation.

Was very pleased with every aspect of our 2 night stay in Queretaro. The hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The breakfast was great . The courtyard is pretty. The historic city center was beautiful . The aqueduct was mind blowing.

We literally just stayed overnight as part of a tour. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We rang reception to request an iron and it arrived within a couple of minutes even though we were on the 6th floor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter was really helpful as our Spanish is so poor. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
