Not so good.😭 my husband slipper got painted from the room. And its not just ordinary slipper, also our clothes got red paint.😓 i told them about the paint, and then they act like they don't know. Also our room does not look like vip.😵

We've had a conflict in what room I paid for in the reception area, but it was resolved in a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was big, and has good airconditioning. The only problem we've had was with the internet and that there are no power sockets in the room we rented. Anyway we still enjoyed our stay, and we'll gladly return for another night

The service was good, vet accommodating personnel. I requested for a different room and let me upgrade for a different one because I was not happy with the deluxe room that I previously chosen so I pay an extra to upgrade my room. It was good enough for me. I also requested to change the sheets and blanket so they change it for me. Overall it was good and happy with the services.
