Excellente expérience c'est un lieu à recommander vraiment. Personnel très aimable et à l'écoute H24 Le directeur très sympathique Un banquet de petit déjeuner diversifier Mon séjour en famille s'est très bien passé et je vous recommande fortement cet hôtel

On arrival I was given room 308. This room looks out onto a busy road intersection. Even with the windows closed it was noisy. It was uncomfortably hot in the room because thr sun was streaming in during the afternoon. There were no instructions to operate the safe. This was a minor issue as was the TV which I couldn't get to work. There was only a bath, no shower. Running water into the bath was luke warm. After having gone out in the evening, I returned to an uncomfortably warm room. After complaining, a member of staff tried to set the air conditioning but to no avail. There was a loud, strange gurgling noise from above. After complaining again, I was moved to room 304 which was quiet, having a view of an inner courtyard. I slept ok. The bed was comfortable. The TV remote was missing from the room. Again, a minor issue. Breakfast was very poor with a limited range of things on offer. Another positive was the close proximity to the Line 1 tram stop about 300 metres away. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

J'ai vraiment aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein cœur du centre d'affaires de la ville de Rabat. Aussi la propreté, le room service passant par l'accueil c'était assez organisé et bien. Le thé d'accueil à la marocaine était exceptionnel des thés que j'ai connus jusque-là dans les hôtels. Je vous recommande fortement cet hôtel

Le service impeccable, le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, élégamment décorées et d'une propreté exemplaire. J'ai passé un super séjour au Soundouss. L'expérience géniale. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, la chambre était confortable. Dans l'ensemble le Soundouss est un hôtel génial! Je reviendrai bientôt !!

Lorsque vous entrez, vous ne pouvez pas vous empêcher d’être impressionné par le magnifique hall et l’architecture. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est un joyau architectural. Le personnel est incroyable. La salle du bar était bondée un samedi après-midi avec d’excellents cocktails. Nous n’étions là que pour une nuit mais nous avons eu une excellente expérience et espérons revenir.
