Hotel has cgarged rs 63 = against one litre sealed bisleri bottle where as mrp was rs 20= i strongly objected to that but they forced me to pay, which is against the law i have submitted my complained before govt agencias and waiting for their reply. Otherwise excellent stay, food v good, staffs and location every thing v good, cleaning v good

No doubt food was delicious. Room was clean. 1 isssue we face was, i got room in 1st floor, after 11 pm there is lots of noise occurred from another room, there is a group of male and female persons in hotel, they drink and shouting and also playing loud music. I faced same issue till 2:30 pm. I called at reception, they assured me to solve the issue but no solution given. Please do something for this. Dont allow drinking and shouting at lobby premises.

I have booked executive room in 3400 inr but room is look like a store room and if you opened the room window kitchen smells is completely in. I have requested to staff to change may room but they completely denied.

The rooms and the washroom were not at all clean. The chairs were found with dirty stain marks on them. One cannot think to sit on the chair. The beds was located at corner of the room where air from the ceiling fan cannot reach. Receptionist made a mistake while check in even though all the forms and ids were given to him. The name of the room occupant was changed due to which access to the breakfast was not given to the guest.
