Cockroach were in bathroom and bedroom, worst.

1. No water in washroom when entered
2. Key hole of light switch was damaged
3. Tv recharge was out of balance
4. 2nd day, lift went out of order and i had to use stairs till 5th floor
5. In my absence, hotel staff used my room. Toilet was used and it was not flushed
6. Hot water was not available
7. Room size is very small
8. Food is terrific costly like we are eating in taj hotel pls pols pols avoid this hotel.

Wash rooms are tremble no hot water in taps water given in buckets in demand. All fittings damaged tap not working, commode seat broken. Room service poor. Tea supplied in dirty and broken flask etc

Very average hotel, rooms were just okay as per the charges. Better look for other hotels in town, staff was also not trained.
