Our stay was absolutely stunning and comfortable from start to finish. The attention to detail and level of service were exceptional, as always. From the moment we arrived, the security team made us feel safe and welcome, setting the tone for the entire experience. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The entire team, from the cleaning staff to the concierge, delivered service that was nothing short of amazing. It's rare to find such consistency in quality, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the management and staff at One Hyde Park. I have just come back to the UK from a nine day stay. The staff and concierge really went out there way to make me and my family feel comfortable and welcome. Our rooms were always cleaned to to a very high standard when we returned from our excursions. I look forward to returning to SA and staying at this fantastic establishment.

Great friendly staff. Accommodation clean and well maintained. Very secure and in location that's quiet in the suburbs of Sandton. Value for money, rooms are spacious and well facilitated Kitchen/Laundry room, with all utensils, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, dryer line, iron with ironing board. It's home from home.

Great reception team and great security. The apartment was clean when i got there and was cleaned everyday. very friendly cleaning staff. Location is also very secure. Will defo visit for a third time.

We stayed here only for one night after our flight to Joburg and we were really satisfied with the apartment. Good and fast service, nice and modern accomodation, spacious and has all you need. We didn't have the time to check the pool and cafe unfortunately, but the area is nice and quiet in general. Only thing that wasn't that great was the water pressure and temparature in the shower and that the place is not so isolated (very cold even with closed windows) but that is for sure complaining on a high level.

Upmarket, comfortable and modern. Apartment was spacious and well appointed. Staff and security all friendly and helpful. Added bonus of having a coffee shop on site by the pool serving a good selection of meals. Waze and Google Maps did battle to find it as some of the roads had been blocked off but got there eventually.

'One Hyde park' has been a home to me for the past week! No one understory why I insist on staying at the same hotel for so long, and I answered that the staff there actually made me feel like I belong. This place is meant for people like me who while they want to feel like tourists on the one hand, they also want to feel independent, go to the shops On their own, fill up their fridge or do their own laundry. The place is spotless, i felt like I can eat from the floors 😂 Their is also a lovely cafe/restaurant and a cute little Gyme which I used daily. I sure will return during my next visit! Ariel.
