Limpeza, cama muito confortável, o quarto ótimo mas pequeno. O pequeno-almoço foi muito bom! Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis, O SPA e a piscina exterior são excelentes. Estacionamento em redor do hotel é gratuito e fácil de encontrar.

Трешка, не больше. Сейфа нет, балкона нет, туалетные принадлежности присутствуют частично, если вид красивый, на реку, то шумно от машин. Если тихо, то вида нет (задний двор). Двери в номера плохо закрываются- хлопают. Завтраки скудные. У меня в номере не работал слив унитаза и не было пробки для ванной. Если входит отель в тур, как у меня, то не пугайтесь- переночевать можно. Но если бронируете самостоятельно, то советую поискать что то получше.

Very strange to find such a good hotel in one of the most depressing and rundown villages we've been to for quite some time. Everything about the hotel was very, very good.....The room, the spa, the staff and especially the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast were all way more than just OK. Clean, bright and modern. But the surrounding area seemed to be full of run down and derelict houses and what used to be hotels from the days when ' taking the waters ' was the fashion. Having said that, we enjoyed our one night stay enormously and would happily go back to stay next time we're in Resende.

Rooms without balconies, at the back with a terrible view of an abandoned house full of rubbish, indoor pool with very small space with just 6 sun loungers. Very dirty outdoor pool, it's normal for rubbish to fall as I saw here in a comment replying to a lady but it's not normal we were there for 3 days and in those 3 days we didn't see anyone cleaning the pool once as it was full of animals, the bathroom The poolside bath was closed, the outdoor pool is next to the road so it is impossible to relax or rest there, there are always motorbikes passing by and lots of noise. You have to pay for the bathrobe and towels. The only positive point is the staff who are all very friendly, other than that it is a weak hotel for the price we paid.
