Had a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms were modern and clean and the staff very welcoming. Located slightly out of town but there are plenty of buses to use.

The Overall experience was excellent. Location inc. Car Parking ideal. Overground & Underground as well as Richmond Town Centre & the Thames all in reasonable walking distance. Service from Staff, especially from Sneddon & Iwona was exceptional, helpful, friendly and professional. Room was clean, tidy & spacious

The room was a great size, very comfortable for me and my little family. Convenient - could bring pushchair right into the room which is handy with sleeping baby. All clean and cosy - quiet nights sleep - had everything we needed felt prívate too. The staff were lovely and welcoming and so helpful with baby stuff :) easy access coming from southwest - great to have carpark on site - good location close to restaurants / Kew etc - simple, clean, cosy, comfort, exactly what you’d expect from premier inn but in our case it exceeded expectations

We visited with our 3 children. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good, but the best part about this place was it's staff. Sneddon, in particular, was outstanding - he helped me with the initial booking, was great with the kids and very accommodating. We are planning our next trip! Thank you.
