Positive Great Location, you are relatively close to everything in walking distance. There is a pharmacy next door, as well as a bakery that has outstanding quality. The rooms are clean and spacious. One of the big pros for me is that there are no carpets, which is a big plus. It avoids any unpleasant smells. Negative Unfortunately, there are a lot more negative comments rather than positive ones. My family and I usually stay at the Grand Hyatt, but due to Covid-19, the hotel was temporarily closed. We were left with no other option but to give this hotel a try. I want to emphasize that this hotel has the potential to be a 4 or 5-star hotel if adjustments are made. Nonetheless, this hotel should be a 3 star. On the first day of arrival, we had wifi. However, on the 2 day of our stay, we no longer had wifi. We contacted the reception desk, and the girls in counter said they were having issues with their wifi due to their guest capacity?!?!?!?!?!?! really? This is a hotel that shouldn't even be an issue. We are in 2020 in 2020 even McDonalds has a reliable WIFI however, Windsor Marapendi did not. After a few days the ”Partial Wifi” was back up, I mean partial because the wifi was only available in the lobby. Just writing this review baffles me with their lack of proper and basic preparation and administration. Wifi was not available during our entire 9-day stay. We stayed on the 13th floor, and again I repeat no wifi in the room. I had to go down to the lobby so I could log in to my laptop to work. How inconvenient and above all this, not one apology and acknowledgment of their lack of proper planning from the hotel, and they didn't even move a finger to make matters right with this nuisance. There was a lack of responsibility and care from the hotel. All they would say is that they are working on it. The hotel charges for the use of an adapter. It's 50 real. Although it's nothing if you convert it to USD, all hotels allow you to borrow an adapter if needed. Especially one that has no wifi. (forgive me, but I can't get over this wifi issue) Breakfast is free, which is a nice thing (especially for a hotel with no wifi), but it's mediocre, your best off going out for breakfast you will have a much better experience. Blowdryer is obsolete. Suppose you want to dry your hair, good luck. Bring your blowdryer. In my case, I had to go out and buy one during my stay. The Reception desk crew needs a complete revamp on professionalism and Customer Service. If you are trying to be a high-end hotel ( Which this hotel is not), Customer service is everything you guest needs to feel welcomed and feel like their needs is cared for regardless of how little or big their needs are. Windsor Marapendi, you have great potential if the criticism is taken and executed for them not to happen again in the future with other guests. You need major improvement. I’ve only started using Ibis recently and I will be staying them for a month this time and a month in August / September in Brazil . I had a minor medical issue this time around and Chiara at reception was just superb - world class employee ( and I have stayed in the worlds best hotels - I know my way around hotels ) . She’s exactly what you expect and much much more . Fantastic employee . Empathetic, confident efficient and professional . This is a great hotel in a lovely part of Barra da Tijuica . Great facilities , superb staff . Home from home. This will always be my base in Rio from now on .

I only have positive words for the stay at Novotel Leme. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, the service is great, breakfast is delicious, versatile and extensive, the rooftop bar Sky Leme is a very nice place with a magnificent view and a nice pool. I was hosted in this hotel last weekend - 02 to 03/07/2022. I have contacted me, and Mrs Vanessa has answered me, she kept the forgotten pieces, and the next day she sent me for Sedex with great delight and sympathy, and I would like to congratulate her on the sensitivity and empathy shown by that person. All the staff very careful and efficient.

counter staff member was fantastic and checked us in once rooms were ready, car park is a big advantage and is off street secure., pool up top is flash area. nice rooms which for the budget level were great.

Used this hotel twice now. Great for the airport as you can walk to it withing 10 minutes or use the free hotel bus which runs about every 20 mins. Rooms are very clean and fresh if not exactly the height of luxury. AC works, beds are comfortable. Fridge works. Room safe etc. Have only eaten the buffet breakfast which was good enough. There is a relaxing spacious lobby and staff are all very helpful with good English. The pool was empty when I went so cant comment on it. Would stay here again no problem. Great place, very relaxing and so close to the airpot.

Well located hotel. We were upgraded to a sea view room facing the sea. We should have had a side sea view. Only shame was that we had the antennas located on the roof of the building in front of the room's balcony. We nevertheless had a view of Rio (Botafogo), the Pao d Acucar, the beaches of Niterói, we were close to MAC (Museum of Contemporary Art) After a very hot day, we really enjoyed the heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel with excellent location, very good service since reception, room service and cleaning service. The room with great cost benefit, but only the availability of parking vacancies (but the team was careful and arranged a vacancies for the car night). If you have another event in Niteroi, I will want to repeat that choice. The food was fat and tasty, room with noise-free windows and king bed. I recommend, surely
