Great hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms.
Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant.
Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons).
Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

Nach einer Rajastan Rundreise, waren wir in diesem exzellenten Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Es liegt am Ganges und vom Rooftop gibt es ein großartiges Panorama auf den Fluss und die Berge. Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer kleinen Straße, so dass es sehr wenig Lärm gibt. Nach 200m gelangt *** zur Uferpromende. Jeden Abend gibt es dort eine Feuerzeremonie zu Ehren des Gottes Agni, an der *** sich als Tourist aktiv teilnehmen kann. Die beiden kleinen Brücken über den Ganges liegen ca. 400m und 1,2 km entfernt. Wir haben die Möglichkeit für tägliche Rundgänge genutzt und dabei viele interessante Begegnungen gehabt. Auf dem Weg liegt auch der Verbrennungsplatz. Rohit ist der Manager des Hotels und er hat uns z.B. bei der Weiterreise geholfen (Taxi nach Delhi). Das Hotel bietet auch Yogakurse unterschiedlichster Dauer und Archuveda Anwendungen. Das Restaurant bietet eine vegetarische Speisekarte, wie in Rishikesh üblich. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Der Nahverkehr ist von der ca. 300m entfernen Hauptstraße bequem zu nutzen. Am Besten ist es, *** nutzt die ""Tempos", im Minutentakt in Richtung Basar oder in Richtung Touristenviertel fahren. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

When i entered into the room there was no facility of tv which was not recharge. And washroom was dirty and water also filled and pots was also out of order. Service was not good.

Superb Location near step Ganga River and Atmosphere superb and Room nice and clean and very cooperative all Staff Members and Also food very nice.and an evening just walk to near Ganga Ghat and very peaceful and close to meditation God of Shiva.

Worst stay, room had mosquitos & bugs. I visited with my 3 yr old kid & next morning he had so many bug bites on his face, ear & back. Currently we are consulting doctors for treatment. When we asked to change room, the hotel refused and said they cannot change or offer any other room as we have booked not directly.

Everything was great. Staff was prompt and courteous; specially nishant prasad. Rooftop was beautifully maintained with picturesque view. Excellent place for a family vacation. Highly recommended!

It is a bit expensive(i took normal room + breakfast + dinner and the cost was 6500. They don't have any room from where you can see the view of ganga(you can see it only from the terrace.

Rooms shown in new building given in some very old building with no amenities extremely small washrooms and no electricity backup with frequent electricity cuts. Restaurant serving expired food and beverages and charging 4 times the mrp and gst extra on that

The location is good as it is near to river ganga. Roof top restaurant is fine and gives decent scenery. Apart of these 2 points everything else is just basic rather below average.
