amazing stay in the hotel that's just next the ROC airport. It's literally 3min walk! Breakfast was basic but good. And there is a small Gym for workouts. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend this for 2-3 days stay in Rochester.

This hotel is in an excellent location right next to the Rochester International Airport. It is easy to get to and from the airport in a matter of seconds. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. My flight left before breakfast was served so I cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and had all I needed.

Prepaid my room, at check in the clerk authorized my card for the full amount and for incidentials. Once i pointed this out she said, oh I'm sorry my GM will be in at 9am and can fix it for you. I asked again the next morning and the am clerk told me the GM would fix it. Guess what. I was charged twice. I've called twice and the GM never seems to be available.

The manager was outstanding!! Hotel was clean and quiet. Very convenient location. Great place to stay if you need to catch an early flight!!!

The hotel was very clean, great breakfast, staff was very nice anything we asked for was done, the only problem was a cleaning woman who was smoking in the hallway😔 my children have asthma and it was not nice to come out of our room and have the hallway reeking of cigarettes

Hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Could have used a few more coat hangers in the closet.
The fitness center was quite large and had the equipment I needed. Only issue I had was that the water cooler was not working properly.
Breakfast was good for what standard I expected.
Overall, I felt like I got the value I was looking for relative the to hotel level.
