Because it was quite cold, the room only had heating, but the hotel thoughtfully provided us with a fan, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. She was remarkably patient and proactive when we encountered an issue with our license plate upon exiting the parking lot, even standing out in the scorching sun to help us resolve it.
