"I was absolutely blown away by this 'Sky Garden' B&B! The views are truly unbeatable, with terraced fields stretching out before you. In the mornings and evenings, the mist rolls in, making it feel like you're living in a fairy tale. The room gets great natural light, it's clean and tidy, and the facilities are brand new, making for a super comfortable stay. The food at the B&B is incredibly authentic; the local dishes are so flavorful and perfectly suited my taste, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they arranged everything for our outings and activities, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Plus, there are plenty of Instagrammable spots for amazing photos. It offers fantastic value for money, perfect for either a relaxing getaway or a photography trip. Highly recommend!"

GGuest UserThis guesthouse at Jinkeng Dazhai, Longji Rice Terraces, was absolutely fantastic – a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation, making for a very comfortable stay. What truly blew me away was the 270-degree panoramic view; the terraced fields stretched out as far as the eye could see. Every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The scenery, whether by day or at dusk, was so beautiful I didn't want to leave.
The owners were incredibly warm and genuine. Not only did they provide transfers to and from the parking lot, but they thoughtfully drove us to a scenic viewpoint on the opposite mountain, saving us a tough climb. The food at the guesthouse was authentically delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The accompanying black tea was fragrant and had a pleasant aftertaste, and their homemade rice wine was excellent – potent but not headache-inducing.
Breakfast was also thoughtfully prepared, exquisite and plentiful, offering a balanced and nutritious start to the day. Eating a hearty meal before exploring the terraces just elevated the whole experience.
Before we left, I casually complimented their rice wine, and the owner surprisingly gave us an extra portion as a gift. This small, unexpected gesture really warmed my heart. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, breathtaking views, and delicious, worry-free food in Longji, this place is definitely the one to choose.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The shower water was nice and hot. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a fantastic 180-degree panoramic view. The lobby downstairs is spacious and beautifully decorated. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, helping us plan our itinerary right from when we booked the room. She advised us on how to avoid wasting time traveling between the two villages on the scenic bus and even booked our bus tickets back to Guilin for the next day. After checking out, she kindly drove us to the parking lot. The rice noodles for breakfast and the bamboo chicken and rice for dinner were delicious, and we even received complimentary glutinous rice wine. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the balcony glass was sparkling clean. I especially appreciated the two-layer balcony door, which included a screen door. Even the disposable shower cap had a hair tie inside – such thoughtful details that made me feel so comfortable and pleasantly surprised. My long-awaited 'true-to-life' fishing experience didn't happen because I got my period on the morning we arrived at Longji. The owner said I'd need to go barefoot for fishing, and since it wasn't a warm day at all, I just didn't have the courage to get into the water barefoot. I almost cried! We had dinner, and the next day's breakfast and lunch at the guesthouse. I strongly recommend that anyone staying here avoids eating at the Jinkeng Dazhai car park – the food here at the guesthouse is absolutely delicious!!! We also had an extra person join us unexpectedly, and the owner didn't charge extra for their breakfast. The owners (I assume it's a couple) and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, even offering directions proactively. All in all, it was absolutely wonderful!

GGuest UserHighly recommend this guesthouse! You definitely won't regret staying here when you visit Dazhai Jinkeng Rice Terraces!! The car can drive directly to the hotel entrance, so you don't have to drag your luggage up, which is a huge plus! The entire design is natural wood, and the room facilities and toiletries are incredibly thoughtful, down to the smallest detail!! The indoor wooden floors are so clean you can roll around barefoot, making you feel right at home!!! It's perfect for families with kids. Plus, it has such great style! The kids loved catching fish in the rice paddies and the swing on the terrace. The hotel's views and location are superb! The spicy chicken was delicious, and the glutinous rice wine was excellent; the kids loved it!! The housekeeper was very attentive. We'll definitely be back next time! 👍👍👍

SSardanSaasExcellent location , in the Dazhai village center, easy 7 minute walk to the Dazhai parking lot for the cable car and the local buses to Ping'an and long hair show village (forgot the name). You can also walk to three observation platforms from the foothill to hilltop.
Room: spacious, clean, with all the amenities as described.
Hosts: a young couple with kids and mother, nice, welcoming people. Although they do not speak English, you can easily communicate via WeChat. They helped me with booking a bus to Guilin.
The hotel is recommended for nice views and local village experience.
I would like to have a menu, as well as a sketch map of the area with observation platforms, villages, hiking routes in English. Information on local events and local but routes/ schedules would also be helpful for non-Chinese tourists.

GGuest UserThe inn is located in Tiantouzhai. It is a few steps away from the observation deck. I personally feel that it is the best in several observation decks. It should belong to the second highest, but it is most suitable for watching the sunrise and watching the panoramic view. Good luck (good weather, and the beginning or end of the lunar month), you can see the stars on the hotel terrace at night, but it will be late, and after some of the surrounding lights are turned off. The overall atmosphere is very healing, suitable for a few days after the road, calm down and relax. The store service is very good, the proprietress cooks a good dish, very rare, suitable for the public taste. The inn can book a ticket back to Guilin. When I left, the boss was very enthusiastic and helped to send it to the entrance of the scenic spot to take the bus 🚌.

GGuest UserI came here with the expectation of revisiting the old place, and now I left with satisfaction. The weather was good, and we had both sunrise and mirror. Located at the highest observation deck, it is estimated that only the No. 1 observation deck can best appreciate the beauty of the mirror, because only here has sufficient water in the past few days, and there is no water release on the No. 2 side. The panoramic building is worthy of the panoramic view. The facilities are not bad, the bedding is very comfortable, the food is also good, and the luggage is sent up and down the mountain by a special person. Although the altitude is about 1,200 meters, it is easy to get up, and the boss is easy to get along with. Finally, a small suggestion, the shampoo is relatively dry, it is recommended to add conditioner as an option.

The scenery is pure countryside, and the food is all authentic farm fruits, vegetables, chicken, duck, beef, and mutton, all free-range and pollution-free, sourced from local farmers. The staff are friendly and attentive. The B&B is spacious and clean. It's probably the best B&B within a ten-mile radius. The rooms are even more comfortable than expected, with Haofa suites, family rooms, and standard rooms available to meet all needs.
