Property manager is so kind and let us check in early.
It was super clean and the beds are comfortable.
It’s Simple room / minimal amenities but very budget friendly and clean.
It’s great that close by Roma termini station ( 5 min walking distance)

Hotel collocato in una posizione strategicamente perfetta, vicinissimo a Termini e con la possibilità di lasciare in reception i bagagli il giorno della partenza: si prelevano e in 5 minuti si è in stazione pronti a partire, il che logisticamente è impagabile. Camera spartana, priva di tv, con bagno sprovvisto di areazione e di ventola, non proprio profumatissimo: in compenso buona la pulizia. In reception sono stati gentili e professionali. Ultimo pregio: prezzo decisamente abbordabile, le quattro stelle quindi sono relative al rapporto qualità / prezzo. Se volete visitare comodamente la città va benissimo, se invece siete in luna di miele ....fate un'altra scelta!

This was just what we needed in Rome. Two adults and two teenagers in a family room for three nights. Excellent central location with the best bits of Rome within walking distance. Run by a lovely humourous couple, who knew enough English for our needs. Room had air conditioning. The hotel is located on the third floor of an old building. We could hear some noise from other parts....a girls party on one night, they sounded like they were having lots of fun- although their singing was out of tune. This did not bother us. Unfortunately one of the 2 lifts broke down, but again this did not adversely affect our stay. We wanted basic, cheap and central accommodation. Only 10 mins walk from the station, Big Bang was perfect for us. Thank you.

Muy buena ubicación cerca de Roma Termini (estación) muy útil si tenes que ir en tren a otro destino, o si queres usar el subte para moverte en Roma (estas a dos estaciones del museo vaticano). Nosotros lo usamos exclusivamente para dormir. Las camas son cómodas, la habitación estaba limpia y el baño tenía todo lo necesario. Puntos extra para la amabilidad del personal que hablaban algo de español y se animaron a probar un mate. Te dan un código para ingresar en caso de que regreses muy tarde al hotel y el ascensor es grande por si vas con muchas valijas. También nos guardaron el equipaje por unas horas luego de realizar el check out. La zona tiene muchos lugares para comer, la oferta es muy variada desde algo económico y al paso, como propuestas de varios pasos con platos típicos italianos en restaurantes muy lindos. Recomendación, caminar todo lo que puedan y entrar en las iglesias. Roma tiene muchísimas y todas tienen en mayor o menor medida muchas obras de arte, además es gratis. A pocos metros del hotel se encuentra la Basílica de Santa Maria Mayor, una joya para visitar (ir con hombros cubiertos). Tip: si vas en verano siempre podes llevar una remera en la mochila para ponerte cuando entras a las iglesias de este tipo (no te dejan pasar en musculosa).

Location What more to say? It’s close to everything. You are just 300 m or less from the Roma termini station. 5 stars to the location. Rooms Hotel is pretty new which is located in an old building. There wasn’t any air conditioning at the rooms it wasn’t a surprise and I’m not complaining just an information. But the owner said with in a few weeks they would be installing air conditioning. Rooms are good for the money you are paying and the owners were really helpful. I’m sure that this place has every potential to become one of the popular hotels near Rome station . Overall you will get what you paid for and this place super cool place for the travelers who need just a comfortable sleep after a day of travel. Will definitely book again if I come back to Rome again

L’hôtel est bien situé, près de la gare Termini. Nous avons été bien accueillis. La chambre était fonctionnelle et nous avons eu la chance d’en avoir une donnant sur la cour, donc très calme. Raffaella et son mari sont très disponibles et agréables. Le seul petit regret : il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner.
