Strategic and convenient location because it is close to Termini station. The staff are welcoming and willing to help. Despite being in a transit area of the city, it was very quiet at night and you rested well. Very convenient in terms of quality-price ratio. I'll be back for sure

Reviews Search reviews Gino Bosello 1/5 5 minutes ago on Google On a business trip... stayed 2 nights Certainly in relation to the quality/price ratio I didn't expect much, but certainly respect for people who sleep is at least that. My room unfortunately was adjacent to the closets and the reception (practically everything was located on one floor of a building) In addition to the noise in the street (zero soundproofing), I wanted to point out the rudeness of the night porter who for at least 2 hours (I don't know what you need to spend 2 hours on the phone) from 1 to 3 in a heavy, booming voice he spoke on the phone to I don't know who. Considering that I had the train at 6/50.... practically a sleepless night. The only positive note is the proximity to Termini station, therefore convenient for trains and Metro. I will hardly go back

Anywhere near the station is going to be a bit dubious as the Termini is a little bit rundown. This place is right next to the station so ideal for an overnight before an early plane. We checked in on floor before we went to floor 2 for our room. There is a small lift which will take you to the various floors however, due to the nature and age of the building there are about twelve steps up to the lift and we saw one guy and his friends really struggle lifting him up in a wheelchair. The lift is small but takes a person and luggage well enough. We had the family room, one double and two singles, and it was absolutely fine. Large bathroom with lots of towels, outside was a small station for free teas and coffees. When we checked in we saw some pastries for the breakfast but we didn’t indulge so cannot comment on that. Air conditioning was great and we could banish the sounds and heat with the blinds meaning we had a good nights sleep which in the heart of Rome can to be guaranteed. Overall we got what we paid for and we were very satisfied.

I only stayed in this hotel one night. The location is very convenient for visiting the city, the room was quite cozy and clean. There was a refrigerator which we would have happily used but avoided because it was dirty.

We stayed at this property with a group of friends, because we were attracted by the location (practically adjacent to the station). The family-run hotel is located in old apartments adapted to welcome guests. As soon as we entered the room we were stunned by the smell of stagnant frying (coming from the restaurant kitchens below). The shower leaked and the bathroom flooded; the hairdryer holder came loose from the wall and fell on my feet. They changed rooms and the second one seemed more refined in its furnishings, however this one also turned out to be very decadent. The shower was terrible, the maintenance was poor, there was no heating for one of the days, the toilet flush was broken (with the sound of dripping water all night), burnt out lamps..., poor cleanliness. Approximate assistance from the owner..

We have been to this place in the last month. Cleanliness equal to 0. Curtain next to the bed, not washed for years. Sheets with holes, very worn. The table where you could hypothetically have breakfast in the room with a visibly dirty tablecloth on it that hadn't been washed for who knows how long. Strategic location, very convenient. Very discreet and polite manager. We paid 60 euros per night, they have to take great care of the cleanliness, even of the walls.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Strategic location near the station, as far as they say we found this area quiet, then we have two children and we didn't have any problems. The room was very spacious as was the bathroom, I would have liked a little more cleaning. The kindness and friendliness of the owner Carolina with her husband make the difference. We will definitely be back.

This is the first time I've written a review directly from the facility where I'm staying. I am thrilled with this B&B. It is located 300 meters from Termini Station in via Milazzo. It is clean and tidy. My room is very small (I'm alone) but it's a gem. The staff is friendly and helpful. At night there is confusion but due to the arrival of other tourists. Very rich buffet breakfast and you can ask for another coffee in addition to the one already consumed. Thanks so much to the staff!!!
