Our hotel stay experience was exceptional and accommodating. Staff was very attentive and helpful. We opted on a room upgrade which we absolutely loved. The cappuccino here is perfectly made. Front desk assisted with must sees and restaurant suggestions. Would definitely stay here again. Situated in a lovely Jewish community.

I highly recommend this hotel, as it immensely elevated my experience visiting Rome. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful, especially if you have religious obligations, they have a strong understanding oh how to assist there. The lobby is extremely well decorated and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms smelled amazing. Our room was large, had a safe, two bathrooms and a cool shower that had colorized LED lighting. The location is unmatched, you're minutes away from Piazza Navona, and steps away from the charming Jewish Ghetto. It has an authentic Roman feel, and is a great option for families who are visiting Rome!

The staff was courteous and pleasant. The location was great. The drawback for us was the bathtub was located behind a glass wall, next to the sleeping area, with lights that kept on changing colors, and not being able to shut them off. As an aside, anyone staying in the hotel should be aware that taxis cannot stop in front of the hotel, only a block away.

Even if it was in the pricey side, the hotel was amazing, we had a nice room, one and an half bath, a king size bed and a twin bed, and the breakfast very good.
The front desk concierge was very helpful and professional, everyone was nice and ready to help. It is right in the center of Rome, so you don’t need a cab to go sightseeing

We have NEVER been in a hotel where they have steps INSIDE the rooms. The design is ******* and unsafe. This fact is not on the website. They make you pay in advance. When you check in to the room and discover this want to leave and get a refund you can’t get one. In addition they have tubs in the room which is also ridiculous. Try stepping up into a 3 foot high tub.
