rude staff and not attentive to the information given on the phone which later turned out to be untrue in person dirty rooms and poor breakfast an experience that I do not recommend and that I will never repeat again

I went to this property for two nights, the hotel looks quite old. And with many things in the room rough bathroom door broken, dirty walls, worn light switches, worst of all the noise in the rooms, with no control from the group staff of Chinese and Germans laughing and cackling in the stairs and corridors at the 5 in the morning… I gave a rating of 3 only because the restaurant offers good and well prepared traditional Roman dishes, excellent friendliness of the dining room staff for dinner.

I stayed one night, a decent hotel, clean rooms and nice staff. I had dinner in the restaurant which in reality is a trattoria with home cooked food, little disappointment for breakfast, the rest can go

Hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. The friendly staff, in particular the night porter Luigi, very kind and always ready to satisfy any request. Really very courteous and helpful. A large structure complete with every comfort.

Clean room, good breakfast. The only problem is the soundproofing and insulation of the rooms. To give an example. My roommate smoked and the smell entered the room. I had to keep the window open. Sin.
