The perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Vatican and central Rome but also 2 blocks from the metro to go straight to the Colloseum / other further sights. Very clean and comfortable, we had a room with a separate bathroom (which was our own with a key) and there is a shared kitchen space with espresso, milk and basic cereals for breakfast. Very easy and comfortable, we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It is clean, cosy and also very private. It is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the nearest metro, St. Peter’s Basilica and The Vatican.
Chiara was very helpful when we needed help with our luggage delay. Even taking the extra mile to help us make phone calls to the airlines. Thanks Chiara! We hope to stay with you again when we’re back in Rome!

I stayed with friends in this B&B, we booked all the available rooms. Located a stone's throw from the Vatican and the bus/metro stops to reach every area. Clean and spacious B&B, equipped with every comfort. Chiara was extremely kind in meeting our needs. Highly recommended, if I return to Rome, it will be at the top of my list of preferences.

We were very happy with the accommodation! The apartment is very spacious: a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Everything was very clean.
Breakfast (toast, butter, jam, sweet pastries, yoghurt, coffee, tea, milk, juices, etc.) was plentiful; the landlady had bought extra for us. The location of the apartment is good, about 10 minutes walk to St. Peter's Square, 5 minutes to the subway.
When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly and given instructions, including tips on where to eat, etc.
All in all, we would definitely stay there again!

Excellent solution, clean, quiet, well looked after: both the room, the bathroom and the common areas. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Chiara was very kind and very helpful (checked in after hours). Very close to the Ottaviano metro stop

Chiara was an excellent host. She allowed us to check in early as we had issues with our lost luggage at the airport. She even helped arranged transfers from the airport.
