The location is very good, very close to the train station, so traveling is very convenient. The triple room is on the top floor and is very quiet. The store's exterior facade is a bit easy to miss during renovation.

It's super bad. It discriminates against Chinese people. The actual room was different from the one booked. I booked a room with a partitioned toilet from the second landlord for almost 1,000. The reservation was 18 square meters. When I actually checked in, it couldn't even fit a 1.3m wide bed. After communicating with the boss, he said We booked this shabby room. We had to pay extra to stay in a good one😡. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service communicated with us about changing rooms. After changing rooms three times, the profiteer boss showed us the same room as the picture we reserved. The bathroom in the room did not have hot water and the door was special. It's small and hard to find. There is no lobby. It's at the level of a county guest house. The proprietress's attitude is particularly bad. She almost gave it to Italian profiteers. This is the Worst hotel ever!!! 1) The room is nothing like the picture it is a coffin that is 6’wide and 12’ long. The entry hallway is blocked by one of the beds making entry, exit and using the bathroom at night a challenge. 2) The drain in the sink was clogged but i was able to fix it myself. 3) The drain in the shower worked the first night but stopped working completely on the 2nd night. It was so clogged and slow that water ran out of shower into the room and the hallway. When we went to get help the Attendant didn’t know what to do so he gave us a bunch of towels and we cleaned it up ourselves. We reported it to the front desk AGAIN the next morning AND IT STILL WASN’T FIXED. For 2 night we had to get wet and turn off shower to soap up then turn on to rinse 1/2 way off then turn the shower off for a Few to let it drain the rinse off again. 4) The elevator was tiny and only stopped to pick people up un the ground floor. 5) The noise level In the hotel was unacceptable and The staff did nothing to quiet the rowdy rooms down. The positives 1) it is close to the train station 5 minwalk 2)The person who checked us in was great 3 The room was cleaned daily. The negatives by far outweigh the positives so I give this hotel 1 star and only because I can’t give it a 0

No laundry facilities only laundry services. Lady at the desk was rude. The guy was nice. It soundproof rooms but you can hear everything inside and outside the room.

Súper cerca a la estacion termini lo cual es una súper ventaja para movilizarte en roma, pero la zona de noche daba un poco de miedo pero era segura y tenía tiendas y restaurantes cerca.
