Hotel pequeño, la playa se encuentra a 10 minutos andando;
los trabajadores del hotel hicieron bien su trabajo,
habitación espaciosa aunque no hay bidel ni escobilla en el baño; apenas hay actividades de animación pues estas son dos juegos por la mañana, dos por la tarde y show nocturno.

Receptionist was very helpful, engineer who fixed the lift when broken was very quick, pool area very nice, location good..
Negatives tv wasn’t working no USB Points within the hotel and hot breakfast at 8.30 am looked as though it had been cooked hours earlier and no bins In buffet area for rubbish

Para empezar la hora en la que nos dieron la hab,las17h.despues de un largo trayecto de carretera,cuando entramos a la hab,observamos que había dos toallas y un rollo de papel higiénico,ni gel,ni champú...4estrellas es el hotel? Después resultó que comenzó a salir cucarachas y la solución que nos dieron fue cambiar de hab,subimos a la otra hab y resuelto que lo que había en esta eran hormigas.... Bajamos al buffet y bueno creo que ha venido muy bien que haya un supermercado Aldi enfrente,porque solo había la misma ensalada los tres día de estancia que estuvimos y pinchitos medio crudos....4estrelas era el hotel? Y la piscina...con 5personas ya está llena. En fin.....el hotel no vale lo que cuesta.ni volveré ni lo recomiendo.

He ido con 2 grupos y no puedo estar más agradecida. El personal de recepción un encanto, instalaciones perfectas,limpieza un 10. El personal del comedor.... no pueden estar más pendientes, son increíbles.Pendiente a cada momento y la comida perfecta. Un 10 para ese chef. Volveremos a repetir...👍🏻

La piscina es una charca comparada con las fotos, el buffet aparte de tener 4 bandejas la comida es pesima, aclarando que hemos comido y cenado furta porque la comida era incomible. Sin duda NO VOLVERIA. El precio es muy elevado para lo que es el hotel en si. Le sobran un par de estrellas.

Es un hotel al cual le sobran las estrellas con dos tendría suficientes, analizando la piscina pequeña y con un nivel de cloro muy superior a lo que dicen, la comida poca y no de muy buena calidad , la habitación mobiliario antiguo, animacion no existe, el personal amable , cerca de la playa 6 minutos andando ,que haria yo pagaría un poco mas e iria al best sabinal, o al Zoraida , no a estos racanos

Respecto a la habitación y atención de los trabajadores todo genial, además está muy bien ubicado el hotel para cualquier compra o lugar que quieras visitar. El buffet deja mucho q desear, tiene literalmente 4 o 5 bandejas con comida y y un par de cosas más, recomiendo no venir en todo incluido ya que es mal gastar el dinero en la comida. La piscina no tiene nada que ver con las fotos, es mucho más pequeña

Fuimos mi pareja y yo y la verdad muy agusto la limpieza de 10 el buffet de 10 la piscina ideal sin bullicios un hotel para descansar y desconectar. Lo recomiendo!! el personal de limpieza y hotel son maravillosos un trato magnífico. Volveremos sin duda

Un hotel muy tranquilo y recogido. No es muy grande por lo que en las comidas no se forman grandes colas como en otros más grandes. La piscina también está muy bien y tranquila con pocos niños alrededor como a mi me gusta. La comida excelente y con el personal de cocina y sala muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Una mención aparte merece el personal de Recepcion por su simpatía y amabilidad. Volveremos sin duda.
