The location is perfect: near Dell Diamond, opposite of Kahalari Indoor Water Park, many dining options just on site, right next on the major road and easy parking.

This hotel is great in everyway. Close to a nice Bar, Pizza shop, and coffee shop. Literally in same parking lot. It is also, 3 block from Dell Field, home of Rockhound Express. The hotel bar and Bar tender is great. One of my best hotel experiences in last few years. 10 Stars!!!

When you entered the front door it smelled. Not sure if it was chlorine for the pool or not!

We stayed in a king bed with pull out sofa for my daughter. She said that was uncomfortable, but she survived. The king bed was quite comfortable, the shower large and very nice (walk-in shower). The room was clean. The only issue we had was it was a bit warm for our liking. Although there was a thermostat, it never reached the temp we set it to; I wondered if the temp was locked remotely to not dip below 70. The AC was also loud when the fan kicked on every few minutes.
The pool is outside with no shade and rather small.
Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel.
