Good to stay here - professional and friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness, great location in a historical town. It is located at a 3-minute taxi ride away from the historical Safranbolu bazaar. Everything you would expect from a Hilton family hotel. They know how to make their guests comfortable and happy. We would certainly choose it again.

No comment to ambiance, that was captivating, Most particularly at night and when lights turns on of city, view was fascinating like a dream. In addition to above, we have to describe and indicate some issues about hotel as follows: We had read the reviews before we went to there, it is 5 rated as it is seen but: Of course there is no sound sealing amongst rooms, as if you are sitting together with other guests in your room Toilet and baths are all in one and quietly ancient but white and wooden accesories are disordered. Breakfast included but it might have been much more various menu. No need to stay more than 2 days beacuse you can easily finish the city tour and places to visit. Hospitality can be considered moderate, If you will only use there for bedding , i suggest you to look around for another place in case of price is suitable. I am thinking of the keeper does not consider improving disorder and improper things because of rated value and reviews. In my opinion, they should spend money in repairing and modifiying, for instance; glass made shower curtain was about to tripping over us because it needed to fasten up properly but not. Bath ( toilette) is smelling really bad but it seems unsolvable because it stems from city infrastructure besides deodorizer can be used at the bath at least. Also, since the small ventilation window in the bathroom is wooden and not fastened on the wall properly, it can easily left in your hand if you want to open it because the bath smells. One day toward the morning, room was getting cold, and water for bathing was cold then we noticed that gas boiler was out of service because of propably water leakage, then we informed keeper, later on they reoperated the gas boiler, the problem is not the gas boiler was out of service, the problem is they had already known the reason of the problem but they had not interfered before :) at least they confessed that. Such kind of problems are not so trivial to be ignored, these show the importance that the keeper attaches to the safety and comfort of customers. I hope those reviews would be considered and problems would be figured out , so we can consider staying over there for the next time.

Çok köklü bir işletme olduğu çalışanların güleryüzünden, işlerini severek yapmalarından ve iyi imkanlarda çalışmalarından belli oluyor. Özellikle dünya tatlısı Nuray Hanıma ve bizi Kapadokyaya götüren Fırat Beye kalpten teşekkür ediyoruz. Sizi tanımak çok güzeldi. Sayenizde tatilimiz güzelleşti.

Traveling alone is not very demanding for many things. The location of this hotel in Bursa is still very good. When it comes out, the downtown area is also very close to the Green Mosque.

We had a wonderful time at Leyla Hanım Konağı in Safranbolu. The charming Ottoman architecture and attentive staff made our stay truly special. The central location allowed us to explore the town easily, and the delicious breakfast was a delightful start to our days. Highly recommended for an authentic and memorable experience in Safranbolu! We stayed with my mother one day, there was no care and concern to us until we left our hotel. Murat Mr and his wife Selma Lady really are very good people. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is wonderful and so nutrient, even the evening tea enjoyment is very beautiful on the terrace. The view is perfect, especially from the terrace you can see all of Safranbolu. It is a lodging I can prefer without hesitation if I go to Safranbolu again ...

Warm homestay, 150 years of traditional architecture, the most special of which is the bunker-style restaurant. The polite owner and his wife, meeting our needs in life, we have a pleasant conversation with translation software. It feels like living in my own home, but unfortunately we only arranged a one-night stay. The quiet and comfortable accommodation is worth staying for a few more days. Thanks to the owner for sending us to the station for a ride.

Fatoş Hanım ve eşine çok teşekkür ederim. Bizi bir aile ortamında misafir ettiler. Herşey o kadar iyiydi ki... Kahvaltı mükemmel, odalar zevkle dizayn edilmiş, tertemiz, ufak tefek nüanslarla yaşanmışlık havası katılmış. Akşam sıcak çay eşliğinde tüm misafirler ile yapılan o sıcacık sohbeti hiç unutlayacağım. Bahçede ve evin içinde Fatoş Hanım'ın zekice düşünüp tasarladığı oblejeleri tek tek incelemek insanın bir gününü alabilir. Bir daha herşey için onlara teşekkür ediyoruz. Bundan sonra ne zaman kafa dinlemek istesem tercih edeceğim tek işletme olacak. Bizim için harika bir deneyim oldu.
