Room smelled of bleach. The front door was difficult to open. Plumbing fixtures were loose. Breakfast was disturbingly bad. Front desk closed from 11-6 and was late reopening at the 6 am time posted on the front lobby. Had to park at least 100 feet from the room. Miss judged this location based on proximity to the beach.

Nice hotel. Room was kinda small, but location, location. Across from the beach. Our room was upgraded and extremely clean. You could smell the clean when you walked in the door. It was rated a 4.5, but I would have given it more like a 4. We would probably stay there again.

moderne Zimmer ohne Teppich; bequeme Betten; der Strand ist in 5 min über die Straße zu erreichen, ist wie ein Motel aufgebaut, daher kann man in der Regel direkt vor der Tür gegen USD 5 Parken; ca. 10-15 min Fahrt bis in die Stadt; Frühstück sehr "plastiklastig", aber das kennt man ja aus den USA

Everything was great, the room was comfy and clean, with all amenities needed. Breakfast was great and we loved the pool! Five stars all over!

Stayed one night on 05/03/2024. Did the usual quick check for bugs and of course I missed seeing them until I stripped the whole bed before leaving.
Came across three BED BUGS. I reported it to front desk immediately and checked out shortly after.
I was told I could call back later in the day for an update. When I called about 8 hrs later there was a different person and she didn’t realize I had that issue and told me to call back on Tuesday when the manager was in…. That’s three whole days later.
Not only were there bed bugs, but nobody could call me same day to discuss my issue.
Would not stay here again.

Bathroom needs remodeling. Toilet paper holder falling out of wall. No place to hang towels. Fan in bathroom very very loud.
Floor has tar or paint stains on it. Plug in outlet was half behind the bathroom mirror hanging crooked. Never staying at a Best Western again. Shoddy workmanship.

Humidity problems in that building is out of control.
Bed sheets were wet and wal and floors were also wet humidity. Could not take a bath because the plunger was broken and there wase no pressure water for showering..
The place look very nice update the interirior and furniture. Floors needed to be wash. It wasn't a very pleasant sleep over all in damp sheets.
