Nous avons découvert cet hotel par hasard car moins connu que certains hotel mais en sois tant mieux car ç a vraiment été une magnifique découverte! Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, l’accueil irréprochable, on s est senti dépaysés dès l’arrivée. Nous avons opté pour la suite avec jacuzzi/piscine privatif et ne regrettons absolument pas d’avoir mis un peu plus cher car ça vallait vraiment le coup, nous n’avions plus envie de sortir de la chambre qui était élégante, verdoyante et moderne avec sa vue mer incroyable. Le soir nous nous sommes laissé tenter par l’accord en 7 temps, un délice! Fin raffiné , des personnes passionnées. Le petit déjeuner excellent aussi servi à table. En bref un hotel vraiment charmant avec un personnel charmant, ne changez surtout pas.

Quand mes amis et ma famille se sont concerté pour choisir le cadeau qu'ils allaient m'offrir pour mes 40 ans, ils n'ont eu aucun doute: un séjour de 2 nuitées au Blue Margouillat. Lors des deux dîners j'ai pris le menu découverte : des délices. Le samedi il faisait gris et nuageux, mais dans un cadre comme celui-ci j'ai passé tout de même un bon moment. À très vite

Nous avons réservé une nuit au Blue Margouillat pour notre voyage de Noces, et nous avons eu la chance de profiter d'une suite avec Jacuzzi vue sur mer. Non seulement le personnel est aux petits soins et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les touches personnalisées, mais aussi le lieu est magnifique (bien mieux que sur les photos!) avec une vue incroyable, très bel endroit le soir pour prendre un verre. Si nous revenons à La Réunion, c'est sûr que nous y reviendrons !

Un cadre d'exception et une vue sur l'océan indien majestueuse ! Nous avions pris une réservation dune nuit avec petit déjeuner dans cette maison et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix ! Nous avons dégusté le menu découverte à 135 euros. Un pur délice ! Des produits frais et locaux, même le caviar ! La suite romantique porte bien son nom et nous remercions l'intégralité du personnel de l'établissement.

We stayed here for the first three nights of our honeymoon. Our travel agent told us the restaurant was the best on the island but we were blown away by the quality of the food. It is easily the best food we have ever eaten and probably will ever eat. The cheese cellar is really special and a must for cheese lovers. The whole hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the amazing view from our room. The hotel were very helpful with our rental car and dropped us off to go and collect it. When we left, we were given a homemade olive oil and vinegarette which was a lovely touch. We hope to visit this special hotel again.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, alliant intimité et confort. Les chambres sont élégantes et spacieuses, offrant une vue à couper le souffle sur l'océan. Le service est d'un professionnalisme exemplaire, toujours ponctué de petites attentions délicates qui font la différence. Le dîner était un véritable délice, riche en saveurs et mettant à l'honneur les produits locaux. Nous avons vécu un séjour extraordinaire et recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel !
