Hotel Restorant Lej da Staz

La location è sempre speciale, ma le patatine fritte del kiosk sono diventate terribili e il servizio lentissimo, davvero non all’altezza del costo. Qualcuno ha anche addirittura restituito le patatine per quanto erano pessime, solo aria e olio fritto.

Legendäres Wochenende mit grosser Geburtstagsfeier am Samstag. Sehr motiviertes und engagiertes Team (von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung), hervorragende Küche in wunderschöner Location - hätte nicht besser sein können! Herzlichen Dank der gesamten Laudinella Crew - werde Euch gerne weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Location, neues Management. Neu: wohltuend freundlicher Service, Ahmad vor allem ist unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Essen ist gut, Vegi / Vital-Platte frisch und lecker. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen nach einer langen Wanderung.

Uns wurde zu dritt ein Tisch zugewiesen und sofort die Mittagskarte gegeben. Soweit so gut. Und dann war Schluss. Niemand fühlte sich zuständig, Tische wurden nebenan geputzt, umständlich einkassiert, aber niemand wollte eine Bestellung trotz mehrmaligem freundlichen Anrufen aufnehmen. Nach knapp 30‘ verliessen wir das Lokal wieder, ohne dass jemand uns verabschieden wollte

My wife and I - regular visitors to the restaurant for years - were looking forward to a delicious lunch on August 3, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. when we arrived. There were 7 or 8 tables left, some of them uncovered. For 10 minutes, no one from the staff, who often went in and out empty-handed, took any interest in us. Then a gentleman in a white shirt came and asked if we had reserved, which we said no. His answer: "Wait a moment." We waited another five minutes. Then an employee appeared, openly displaying his unwillingness to work, and said in a harsh tone "in an hour!" We decided not to - who wants to order a three-course meal at 2:30 p.m.? Apparently business is going so well that there is no longer any need to treat long-standing guests in a friendly and decent manner. We draw the consequences - what a shame!

At the Lej da Staz Kiosk, we nibbled on a portion of fries and the cake of the day (red fruits with crumble): completely oily fries undoubtedly frozen and cake with a pronounced rancid taste. The place is beautiful but what we ate was really bad. We won't come back to that.

Only possible outside, expensive food, loveless, long waiting time, hardly any seating, food was already cold - on January 1st, 2023. It's a shame... We were regulars at the restaurant, it was delicious and cozy, but the snack bar won't see us anymore. No advantage over a picnic from a backpack!

Sono stata con il mio ragazzo a pranzo in questo ristorante. Prezzi alti ma forse nella norma a St. Moritz, il mio ragazzo ordina un piatto di fish and chips contenuto nel menu bambini (prezzo 14€), al momento di pagare il piatto è stato messo a ben 52€. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazione e ci è stato detto che il piatto era nel menu bambini e di conseguenza non potevamo ordinarlo. I furbi però al momento dell’ordine (peraltro un cameriere italiano) non hanno detto nulla e soprattutto sul menu non è indicato nessun vincolo di conseguenza pensavamo fossero solo piatto più semplici fatti apposta per i bambini, ma ordinabili da tutti visto che nessuno ci aveva avvisato. Esperienza tremenda, vogliono fare i furbi imbrogliando il cliente, facendo pagare un piatto ben 4 volte tanto rispetto quello che era scritto sul menu, tanto ormai era già stato mangiato e non potevamo fare altrimenti che pagare. Menomale che siamo a St.Moritz e la cura e cortesia per il cliente dovrebbero essere al primo posto visto. Che imparassero cosa vuol dire fare i ristoratori senza imbrogliare le persone, che si guadagna lo stesso!
