Firstly, I was delighted to learn that the hotel associate was able to accommodate my request for early check-in. However, upon entering the room, I noticed that the temperature was uncomfortably warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the room did not cool down. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were no complimentary water bottles available, nor were there any options for purchase.
Furthermore, I was surprised to discover that there was no closet in the room. Instead, there was only a small area with a hanging bar and a limited number of hangers. This made it inconvenient to properly store my belongings.
Moving on to the bathroom, I encountered a broken toilet seat and noticed damage to the walls. Moreover, when I used the shower, the drain made a loud and disturbing noise.
I promptly contacted the front desk to report these issues. While they offered to send maintenance to address the problems, I had just finished unpacking and did not want anyone entering my room at that time.
Later in the evening, I utilized the valet parking service for my truck. However, I was surprised when the attendant simply handed me the keys without bringing my vehicle around. I have never experienced valet service where the keys were given without checking the ticket or delivering the vehicle to the front area.
In terms of the sleeping arrangements, the beds were average in comfort, but I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable.
