AC Hotel St. Petersburg Downtown

Works in the Roof top Bar were very Rude and prejudice against me ! When i ask them in 12 of july 90 degrees heat outside ! If they can turn the heater s off in the patio!!!?? He said no ! Those are preset !!!!! In the 90 degrees heat Of july. They have heat ers on !?!!!? And they couldn’t turn it off. On top this bc i asked this Bartender was giving me attitudes ?!

Great location for enjoying St. Pete’s restaurants and nightlife.

Breakfast is rather limited and the surrounding area while offering a lot of choices in the evening for drinking and entertainment, is somewhat lacking in morning food

The AC literally didn’t work (they knew this and said they thought I preferred it hot, which means the staff literally looked at the temp of my room and STILL didn’t do anything) and I wasn’t moving my stuff at 1am after I had unpacked everything so I let it go. Then I bring it up next AM when they asked how everything was and I told them the AC didn’t work all night and they didn’t even comp my valet parking, let alone the room. What did they want me to do? Beg for a free stay in front of everyone? Disappointed but will just advise that if you’re paying 300$ for a basic room -stay somewhere else . I thought I was getting a reputable company, instead I got an 81 degree room. Also, “we thought you just preferred it hot” is a crazy statement in June in Florida. Do better

Firstly, I was delighted to learn that the hotel associate was able to accommodate my request for early check-in. However, upon entering the room, I noticed that the temperature was uncomfortably warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the room did not cool down. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were no complimentary water bottles available, nor were there any options for purchase. Furthermore, I was surprised to discover that there was no closet in the room. Instead, there was only a small area with a hanging bar and a limited number of hangers. This made it inconvenient to properly store my belongings. Moving on to the bathroom, I encountered a broken toilet seat and noticed damage to the walls. Moreover, when I used the shower, the drain made a loud and disturbing noise. I promptly contacted the front desk to report these issues. While they offered to send maintenance to address the problems, I had just finished unpacking and did not want anyone entering my room at that time. Later in the evening, I utilized the valet parking service for my truck. However, I was surprised when the attendant simply handed me the keys without bringing my vehicle around. I have never experienced valet service where the keys were given without checking the ticket or delivering the vehicle to the front area. In terms of the sleeping arrangements, the beds were average in comfort, but I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I won't return

The staff and all the personnel were very humane and kind, they made me feel at home.
