Even though the place is modest. The service is excellent. The attitude of those who serve is fantastic. Andrea the receptionist is very friendly and attentive. Don Raymundo the concierge is very optimistic and has a great service attitude. Its staff makes this hotel unique. The cleanliness is extraordinary. Hot water. Heating in the room. It has underground parking within the same hotel. I have no complaints and highly recommend it.

Nunca me prestaron la plancha, no pude planchar mis camisas y en multiples ocasiones la solicite. solo me respondian que no estaba disponible, la limpieza no es excelente pero se defiende, la recepcion se tv es terrible, no te dan ni control remoto, lo mismo con el aire acondicionado es muy arcaico, solo puedes encenderlo o apagarlo, no tiene punto medio, las instalaciones ya son muy viejas y carecen de mantenimiento. la atmosfera no es muy agradable

Es un hotel muy viejo.
Estaba limpio, fue cómodo, silencioso, amplio.
Amables.
Pero ya necesita mantenimiento general. Hay manchas en la pared, el piso del baño está desgastado, etc.
Sí me volvería a quedar porque está muy muy bien ubicado y el precio es razonable.
