Péssima! Não tem café da manhã suficiente, o atendimento deixa a desejar, as instalações antigas, descuidadas… nunca mais! não vale a localização privilegiada, o estresse causado é enorme. Espero que melhorem e reformem e treinem seus colaboradores.

Pessima esperienza all’arrivo l’accoglienza è stata del tutto insufficiente, camera con frigo fatiscente due mezze bottiglie di acqua abbiamo chiesto alla reception e non avevano bottiglie, bagno sporco box doccia con sporco e tutto rotto. Lenzuola sporche e letto traballante. MAI PIÙ!

They turn off the air conditioning by default at the main switch so we don't use it during the day, torn sheets, old mattresses, the worst towels possible, the cheapest toilet paper on the market, room 20 without sealing with windows that don't close, horrible breakfast, no options, stale bread and not replenished to satisfaction, grumpy staff. The worst experience I had in Salvador, frustrating, especially if I consider the absurd price charged, this inn is clueless.

Spent a week at Pousada Marcos on my first trip to Salvador. Chose it because of the price and location. With the hot weather, I wanted to be by the seaside. Everything was as expected for hostels in this price range. The rooms were basic, but spacious and clean and the air-con worked a treat. All good, so would happily recommend for anyone on a budget.
