It was better than expected, we was on the second floor so whoever was above us was stepping hard but it was every now and then. I did notice at night they had police so I felt safe, breakfast was great and I saw a lot of family (Kids) I did request for someone to come put a bulb over the sink that never took place but it was two other bulbs so I was fine with that. I love the fact that housekeeping don’t bother you at all.

Everything was great about our stay except the shower could take up to 5 minutes to get hot or lose its temperature while you are still in there. Minor point for a great stay.

Staff was very unprofessional!!! I arrived at 2:37pm. I went to check in and the manager on duty a lady was just yelling at her kids who she brought to work along with some staff. I went to the counter to check in and just stood there cause the clerk wouldn't even acknowledge me. Finally i said hello, i need to check in. He said no rooms were ready till 3pm. I said ok, so in 23 minutes they will be ready? He said yes. So at 2:50 pm the clerk left with the lady managers kids. At 3pm i went to the counter and no one was there. I waited till 3:15 till someone showed up. After Finally checking in i was going to take a shower. There was no towels!!! I called to the clerk and he said he would bring some up. 20 minutes later still no towels. I call back and he says he's working on it. Finally after 30 minutes i get some towels. Very unprofessional!!! The room was disgusting!!! Holes in the wall where the door opens, a/c didn't cool. Tv wouldn't work. I just slept and by 7am i was gone! Never again would i stay there. Someone needs to straighten out the manager lady. Just yelling in Spanish cause her kids wouldn't listen . Didn't know it was bring your kids to work!!
