Attenzione nei minimi particolari , una gentilezza nn servile ma fatta di educazione e attenzione. Efficienti. Servizi ottimi. Elegante. Raffinato… quando si dice ‘la classe’..non riesco a trovare un difetto… neanche una critica anche solo fosse costruttiva.

Hotel Regina is an elegant family hotel with lots of individuality and quirks and amazing collection of old antiquities and local art. Its old school with a modern ish feel on comfort and facilities are extensive. Everything works well and nothing is too much trouble. I stayed with a Ski club and the four courses we had every night were absolutely top level cheffing with a good wine list. Loved the pool, hot tub on balcony and sauna and nice touches of afternoon snacks and bar service pre and post dinner in a relaxing lounge. A really kind team is on hand and st martino is a charming Italian town with super free ride opportunities in the beautiful dolomites.

Ci sono luoghi che hanno un posto speciale nel cuore:. L'hotel Regina è uno di quelli: è prima notte di nozze, è famiglia, è accoglienza è calore è bellezza in ogni dettaglio. Le stanze sono curate e molto pulite. La cucina di ottimo livello. Una chicca in una cornice meravigliosa.

Hotel gestito da una famiglia di albergatori all’altezza delle migliori strutture. Accoglienza, gentilezza e professionalità sono i punti di forza di questo albergo che sembra un museo, per la bellezza dei pezzi antichi in legno che espone e per i dettagli minuziosi che lo caratterizzano.
Ristorante caldo ed accogliente con menu molto vario e personale discreto e incredibilmente cordiale.
Camere molto belle, spaziose e arredate con cura. Pulizia eccellente.
L’idromassaggio esterno regala emozioni che sanno scaldare il cuore.
Ottima la posizione e ben collegato al centro e agli impianti (autobus e navetta sempre a disposizione)
La signora Carla, di impeccabile bravura, aggiunge una nota unica e straordinaria all’esperienza che si vive soggiornando qui.
Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza spensierata nella meravigliosa San Martino di Castrozza

Abbiamo trascorso in questo hotel una settimana con gli amici. La struttura è elegante, accogliente e ricca di charme. In ogni angolo ci sono oggetti d'antiquariato particolari. Il clima è molto familiare, i proprietari e tutto lo staff sono premurosi, cordiali e attenti alle necessità dei clienti. La cucina è veramente di alto livello. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le serate con musica dal vivo, le escursioni offerte dalla struttura e il regalino che ci ha hanno lasciato in camera la notte di Capodanno. È raro trovare in un hotel tutte queste attenzioni al cliente che in questo modo di sente coccolato e in famiglia. Molto comoda anche la navetta che ogni giorno ci portava agli impianti e la possibilità di prendere in prestito delle ciaspole per chi non scia. Sicuramente ci sono alcune cose migliorabili, ma noi nel complesso abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, ai proprietari, all'autista, al cuoco, al personale di sala e al bravissimo cantante Paul che ci ha fatto divertire. Continuate così. Speriamo di tornare in estate.

Struttura magnifica ed accogliente. Personale gentilissimo. Servizio di trasporto alle piste molto efficiente. I proprietari ti fanno sentire proprio uno della famiglia. Ci tornerò sicuramente prestissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’hotel durante il ponte dell’ Immacolata, weekend perfetto, cucina più che ottima e bravissimo il personale in sala: professionali, gentili e molto veloci. Molto bella da fare anche la camminata con la guida.
