Spent 1 night here on a brief tour of San Miguel de Allende. The hotel was nice, rooms seemed newly done so everything was very nice. Had an ok dinner at the restaurant and a shot of Cristilano Tequila which was amazing. The lobby had a small game room with a pool table, fooz ball table, and the open restaurant lobby area had tons of places to sit and hang out. Huge pool as well. We walked to the nearby Mercaod Sano on Saturday morning and have a lovely breakfast and enjoyed some live music and market - cash only.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Great location. Rooms are quiet and nice sized. The rooftop has an incredible view to the cathedral and great cocktails people! If you get to stay here please try their chilaquiles and fresh coffee. Hotel did a great job of maintaining COVID safety measures.

Casa Arca was the perfect place for us to stay for our friend’s wedding. The staff were amazing and extremely attentive. They helped book us transport to and from the airport, answered any questions we had and were more attentive and friendly than any property I’ve stayed at in recent years. The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city and walking pretty much everywhere. The food at the hotel was fantastic. We had many meals in San Miguel and the breakfast and dinner options at the hotel were up there in quality, presentation, and portion size. We loved everything we ate. The last thing to cover are the beds. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so well every night. I think their bed tops any high end hotel bed we’ve experienced. I would highly recommend staying at this property and we will not hesitate to book again if we are in San Miguel De Allende!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by hotel staff and gave us a cold drink. Then Irving (our bellman) showed us to our room #3 which was fabulous. Large well appointed room and bathroom. Our only complaint was that there no dressers to unpack our clothes for our 8-day stay. The room was so big, it would be easy to put a dresser in the room. Fabulous breakfast which was included. The concierges were all fabulous and helpful. We especially Christian and Christopher. The roof top restaurant Fatima was terrific for food and views. We cannot say enough about all the people who worked at the hotel. We felt like we were in a private home. Our ”bellman” Irving was always available to help us with our tech challenges. Great location very close to the main square.
