Llamamos para hacer una consulta antes de entrar y nos quedamos con ganas de cancelar la reserva. El recepcionista nos respondió mal, nos colgó el teléfono por no tener buena cobertura y preguntar literalmente 3 veces si se nos escuchaba. Volvimos a llamar y nos respondió fatal, una verguenza.
