It was the noisiest room I have ever had. Two bars/restaurants down one level with people out past 4 am laughing and singing and talking. I used swimmer's wax earplugs and ANC headphones to try and get a couple of hours of sleep. Could never take a nap as the same noise was always there. The place is in a great location and very clean. Sharing bathrooms is at times difficult. People coming in after 2 or 3 am after the bars closed were really loud too.

Stayed for two nights in room 1.
We had not received the code for check-in when we arrived, in spite of being told that i would get the code 90 minutes before expected check-in. I called them and asked for the code, after waiting 10 minutes in rain, i got the codes sent to me, so we could check-in.
It was very noisy during our stay and we work up many times during the night, as the toilet was next to the room.
The room was clean but the bed was a bit unstable.
I would not stay there again.

The location is good and so is the room, with comfortable beds and pillows, spacious and with a good view, unfortunately the window doesn't keep out the wind well, the floor is creaky and the shared bathrooms are a little uncomfortable (one of the showers points only in front and it is difficult to regulate the water pressure, on the other the shower cubicle seems cramped for a large bathroom)

Very central apartment, with the tapas area and La Concha beach when you leave the house.
Although I have not had contact with the host, he has responded to my emails within minutes. The check-in, without incident. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The bathroom is shared by all rooms and is usually clean.
As a drawback, you can hear a lot of noise from the cistern and when there is a lot of "tradiego" in the bathrooms, it can be annoying.
