Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, camere insonorizzate, confortevoli, spaziose e, soprattutto, pulite. Personale gentilissimo ed accogliente. Situato fronte stazione e alle fermate dei bus, mentre il centro città è raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Consigliatissimo!!

Frequento questo hotel da anni poiché per motivi di famiglia sono a San Severo ogni mese. Ogni volta personale, servizio e camera eccellenti! Ringrazio di cuore per l’ospitalità che mi viene riservata.Tutto lo staff risponde alle varie richieste facendoti sentire un ospite speciale! Degna di lode la cucina del B&B da Biagio (stesso proprietario dell’hotel Giancola) che consiglio vivamente a chi desideri un’esperienza personalizzata! Continuate così!!!!!! Loto68

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti ,hotel appena rinnovato anche se materassi e cuscini molto duri (almeno per le nostre abitudini) abbiamo chiesto se c'era la possibiltà di un cuscino un po' più morbido ma hanno detto che erano appena stati rinnovati e non avevano altre scelte di cuscini . Siamo stati contenti della colazione per essere un tre stelle. L'unica nota dolente è la piscina non è nella struttura ma in un b&b vicino a 10 minuti d auto ed a disposizione di ospiti del b&b,dell' hotel giancola ed anche esterni alle due strutture .

Il personale è stato cordiale nei nostri confronti, abbiamo pernottato una notte. Colazione da migliorare e per quanto riguarda la camera l’unica cosa negativa è stata il soffione della doccia che era oramai da cambiare visto la ruggine che era presente sopra di esso. Ottima pulizia e servizio soddisfacente. CONSIGLIATO..
