We booked the accommodation from December 30th, 2023 to January 1st, 2024 and were very disappointed! When we arrived, we couldn't get into the hotel because the outside door was locked. Our room card was in the entrance area of the hotel (it was stored there with a code), so we had to get into the hotel first. After we had contacted the accommodation by phone, it took a full 20 minutes until other guests happened to arrive who could open the door with their card. We had booked the hotel including breakfast. After all the excitement, we were finally able to go to our room. The room was nice and we thought that was the end of the hassle! Wrong thought!! When we wanted to go for breakfast the next morning at 7:30 a.m., there was no one there and nothing had been prepared. According to the hotel, breakfast was served from 7:00 a.m. We were not the only guests; there were others who had arrived earlier and were waiting for staff. It was another 30 minutes before an employee appeared... I am extremely disappointed with the service - I have never experienced anything like it before - and I would definitely not recommend this accommodation! We have not yet received any compensation, even though the hotel promised us this in writing! All in all - extremely unprofessional!
