Excellent, clean hotel with large, well designed rooms. Pool was great. Jeannine’s by the Shore had delicious breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. Santa Barbara was beautiful.

Pros: We loved the location, cleanliness, and overall facility.
Cons: the shower pressure is very weak, almost a drizzle. Considered asking for a change in room, but opted not to since the room was beautiful and spotless.
Our biggest complaint was the facilities staff turning on the leaf blowers at 8am, on a Saturday. Then it sounded like other construction-type machines were turned on.

Pictures were deceiving. With my mom with mobility issues, but it worked out.
Room was in rear building. Mountain View was parking lot view.
Worst part was sliding door to bathroom got stuck and I was not able to get out.
If I had been by myself, I don't know how/when I would have been able to get out.
They agreed to let us switch rooms, but offered no discount.
Once moved, all was well.
