Bueno pues comparto mi opinión . Personal : no sé si fue a nosotros pero desde la recepción los dos jóvenes que están en la mañana son groseros , te atienden con mala cara , tres meseros y el que está en el bar son groseros y odiosos en su trato . En cambio el gerente es muy amable y nos ayuda con una situación, el policía tambien muy amable . Habitaciónes: están cómodas , limpias y bonitas , solo un poco descuidadas en sus llaves , en nuestra habitación no servía el agua de la regadera y la del lavabo . Comida: la comida está muy rica y en buenas porciones , no tardan en prepararlas y los precios son buenos . Ubicación : tiene una excelente ubicación , está cerca la playa principal y existe transporte 🚇 para ir a otras playas .

To begin I asked for a room on a lower level because 2 flights of stairs are an issue for me, I was told no, and not because the hotel was full. So many times per day was up and down those stairs. After coming in my first day I found all the power off, down the stairs, then found the wifi also off so back down again. The wifi was an issue for the 3 days there. Noise from other guests loud in the room. No bottled water or glasses. Close to beaches but no good coffee within a 15 minute walk. I would not return should I go back to Huatulco.
