Just got back after a long weekend break. Arrived in the early hours with a warm welcome the room was amazing lovely and clean and comfortable the room was cleaned everyday.all the staff were very friendly and helpful.the food was ok the only downside was not enough sun loungers around the pool but the beach was 100 meters away.the barstaff were brilliant.very disabled friendly.definately return thanks for amazing stay

Basic hotel, we arrived in the morning, but didn’t get allocated our room until the afternoon! No breakfast on last day due to collection time, gave us a pack up, it was awful. We both got upset tummy along with a few more in hotel. No views from balcony, really close to next doors hotel. Thin walls, no kettle in rooms. No communication from hotel. Plus points, good location for shops, restaurant’s, beach and train station.

Stayed in dwo Sirius for week ,this hotel is excellent from moment we checked in staff very friendly food and entertainment very good lovely rooms with balcony hotel spotless special thanks to housekeeping staff very courteous and obliging would highly recommend really enjoyed our stay here

Rooms basic...coffee machine only for espresso coffee...take a travel kettle if you like a decent drink. No drawers only shelves. No bath mat. No tissues. Don't go expecting a view...balconies are close to hotels nextdoor so hardly any sun. Infact no where to sit in the sun other than round the pool and that area is tiny. Lounge shut all day no where to have a coffee unless you go to pool bar with limited seating in the shade. Meals...plenty of choice...on the whole very enjoyable...however found some dishes especially fish undercooked. Infact it could of been the cause of d&v that I contacted. On the whole the hotel is fine. The staff lovely..especially Sylvia in the restaurant. The entertainment was good too. The bar never seemed to stock much. The beach bar was lovely on the hot days

Really enjoyed my little break here. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was great. The best thing was the mixture of clientele, mainly Dutch with a few Spanish, British and Italians but no drunks or rowdy people. Very relaxing. There is some room for improvement, mainly regarding the pool area, which, although lovely, did not have anywhere near enough seats and beds for all the guests. Also, tea and coffee in the room would have been a big plus. Either way, the experience was nice and I will return here.

We are on our last day at the Sirius hotel .it is spotlessly clean all the staff here have been so kind a d helpful such a shame we had to be queueing outside the door at 8 30 for 9 opening or we couldn't get a sunbed .Also there was no English tea bags and a lot of mornings no bread for toast .But would come again .Thank you to you all x

We had a good time - location is great (on the promenade and v close to the beach), the staff were friendly and the food was good. (Breakfast and dinner). We were on the ground floor which is great for getting back to the room after a long day at the beach but we didn’t feel like we could sit on the balcony as facing very close to next hotel. Room was basic and clean but bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade ( grouting, around sink taps and bath plugs) . Also, it had a shower curtain which I hate as they stick to you when you shower. We went straight to beach as had read other reviews about the sun bed situation by the pool. The beach was great and a lovely breeze. We had a look poolside on our last day and did actually get 2 beds there but decided to go to the beach instead as it all looked a bit close together and not enough umbrellas for shade available. As per previous reviews we were asked to present email confirmation from TUI which I was glad I’d read about on Tripadvisor or it would have panicked me as I’ve never come across that requirement in any other hotel. I really liked the proximity to the airport too as I hate spending too long on coach transfers. Overall, a nice, relaxing holiday.

Hotel recomendable calidad/precio. Ideal para parejas que deseen desconectar. Las instalaciones son espaciosas, cómodas y limpias. La comida del buffet es variada y de muy buena calidad. La atención del servicio es muy correcta. Situado cerca de la playa y con piscina en la azotea del edificio.
