The types of services are few and poor: During the epidemic, as a five-star hotel, it did not provide on-site nucleic acid reservation services, and did not help you. If you do not speak Spanish and are not familiar with the local situation, you will just die! I went abroad for 2 months this time and stayed in more than a dozen five-star hotels in various countries, but the only one did not help you with nucleic acid appointments. After you made an appointment, the hotel still set up obstacles everywhere! If you don't have the local currency, the hotel will never pay for you. In short, in a super five-star hotel, the guests take care of everything by themselves! By the way, the hotel does not own a car, you can only ask the front desk to call Uber if you want transportation services. 4. The service staff is extremely irresponsible, and the sense of service is extremely poor: I have made several appointments in the hotel conference room, and every time is no exception, no one has followed up. After you have an appointment with one front desk, you don't know the situation at all if you change to another one! Room cleaners never check whether there are laundry bags in the room! I can only put dirty clothes in the plastic bags I sent back to the front desk the day before every day, and I told the front desk n times, but still no one will bring you a laundry bag in your room. Stayed for 7 days, said it 7 times, and no one was in charge! I made an appointment at the rooftop restaurant after checking out, but because I left the room without a key, I couldn't use the elevator to the rooftop! When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no one, because no waiter knew that you had made an appointment! After calling the phone for a long time, the waiter couldn't understand what you want on the phone. You can only say one word come repeatedly, I hope he can understand it! After coming, he must serve the white man first. . .

O que dizer…. O melhor café da manhã de todos os inúmeros hotéis que já fui. O Lounge, destaque especial para o Giovani, é um evento à parte. Tudo maravilhoso e Giovani, além de extremo profissional é um Lord inglês. Localização perfeita, comida perfeita, visual perfeito. Zero observações. Recomendo com muito entusiasmo

Estaba en remodelación - el primer cuarto que nos dieron tenía mucho ruido pero sin problema nos cambiaron

Excelente hotel. Todas las comodidades disponbiles. Atención excelente. La comida en general deliciosa. El buffet de desayuno lo mejor, ya que posee cocinero en el lugar para preparar algunas comidas específicas. El único detalles (menor) es el laberinto que hay que recorrer para llegar a las habitaciones desde el centro de evento. Fuera de eso, todo excelente. Sin duda lugar para volver.
