Estuvimos en el hotel 3 dias. La zona de alrededor perfecta porque esta en plena zona colonial y todo muy cerca. Los trabajadores son todos encantadores muy serviciales y dispuestos siempre a ayudar. El bufet del hotel tambien bueno, es pequeño pero justo para coger fuerzas para recorrer la ciudad y la camarera yaritssa katerine un encanto y miy buena trabajadora. La camarera de pisos Yolanda un encanto y también nos ayudó mucho y muy atenta. Solo decir que hay un poco de humedad en las habitaciones y huele bastante pero bueno para unos dias en la ciudad se esta bien.

Great hotel in the middle of la Zona Colonial, ideal location to have a walk around this part of the city. A bit of humidity smell in the room :/ Great staff, Yaritssa and Erick have been really helping during breakfast time as well as the reception team.

Great area to walk around Ciudad Colonial. Around the corner of the hotel theres a walking street with a lot of shops and restaurant and Parque Colón. A lot of tourist actives to do in the area. The only complaint I have is that didn't have batteries for my safe. I asked for them but didn't receive any :(. But otherwise great experience.
