Will not give refund even with everything going on !! Will not be even thinking of staying here in the future lost business !! Don’t understand how they can’t be more helpful in these times ! Would of booked again aswell

My wife and I stayed at Gabbiano in September 2024 and we encountered BED BUGS. The mattress in our room was disgusting, there was a bug and spotting on the mattress, and we found bites on us. The owner has refused to acknowledge the situation or make any attempt to correct it. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS

Upon checking out after a 2 days stay, I discovered clear evidence of bedbugs on the mattress including stains and a bedbug exoskeleton. When I brought this to the host’s attention, they tried to accuse me of extortion. Save yourself a lot of stress by booking somewhere else!

Outdated property need updating. Rusted/overused non-working kitchen stove - Bigger burner not working. Smaller burner too slow that our noodles got soggy without having to cook. Rusted shower handle positioned as a shower head. Very tiny shower space causing the body to rub on shower curtain during shower. Hard/uncomfortable wooden furniture used throughout. Scary sculpture of human that can be seen underground through a glass in the room. Hostess (Irini) was manipulative - misrepresented distance btw the reception and the room. Claimed it was 5mins instead of 1min. We requested services for only two travel luggages to be carried to the room but host requested payment for my kids light carryon boxes which the bell boys had offered to help carry against our will(which we paid). She presented an attitude for the rest of our stay because I questioned it. She was good at making excuses for any deficiencies in the property. A number of items needs to be replaced in the house for a comfortable stay!

Δροσερό δωμάτιο με φυσικό τρόπο, καλαίσθητη βεράντα, εύχρηστο τζακουζι.Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Really amazing cave houses. We stayed for a whole week. At the end of this week we promised that every year will return to the same house. Honestly it's a small house.... not an room! Manolis and Irini amazing at each detail. Clean, stylish, well equipped and with AMAZING view. Highly recommended. See you next summer.
