Ótima experiência, com serviços de recepção muito atenciosos, e rápida solução de problemas. As instalações são ok, encontramos um pequeno problema no funcionamento de um aparelho elétrico, mas foi dada uma solução paliativa que resolveu nossa demanda (minha sugestão foi que o Hotel tivesse um aparelho reserva, disponível, e não fixo no quarto); outro pontos são as vagas de garagem - apertadas demais para um carro médio/grande. A comida é deliciosa e foi difícil tomar o café rapidamente porque estava tudo muito bem preparado e havia funcionários fazendo a reposição. De modo geral, a experiência foi muito boa.

Equipe de recepção muito gentil, o Matheus, o João e principalmente a Vitoria dão o tom. Fazem o hospede se sentir em casa. Cuidados intensos com a COVID (luvas e máscaras no café da manhã são exigidos). Filtros de ar do Split bem limpos. Apto muito pequeno, apertado mesmo. Limpo. Bom chuveiro, agua quente abundante e rápida. Boas camas. Café da manha simples mas suficiente, com reposição constante. Tive dificuldades com a Internet.

Bom hospedei atendimento recepção excelente atendente, porem quarto limpeza boa e cafe bom, hospedagem 3 andar achei camareira muito arrogante com hospede na hora fe falar, isso ponto negativo do hotel cheguei ate perguntar nome dela acho luzia, porem teria que mudar seu jeito com hospedagem muita conversa com cabeludinho desnecessários pois acordei com tal atitude ,obrigado grato...
